教育部最新公布：从幼升小到高考要全面改革！

高考不再分文理科；

数学命题要大幅度降低难度；

提高语文考试难度；

外语可以多次参考；

压缩特长生招生规模，2020年前取消各类特长生招生。

教育部最新出台的这一系列改革制度，引起了社会极大的关注，家长和学生们要引起高度重视。

高考加分项目最大幅度缩减

1、取消体育特长生加分项目：

在高中阶段获得“重大国际体育比赛集体或个人项目前6名、全国性体育比赛个人项目前6名”、“国家二级运动员（含）以上称号”的考生，均不再具备高考加分资格；

2、取消中学生学科奥林匹克竞赛加分项目：

在高中阶段获得全国中学生（数学、物理、化学、生物学、信息学）奥林匹克竞赛全国决赛一、二、三等奖的考生，不再具备高考加分资格；

3、取消科技类竞赛加分项目：

在高中阶段获得全国青少年科技创新大赛（含全国青少年生物和环境科学实践活动）、“明天小小科学家”奖励活动、全国中小学电脑制作活动一、二等奖，国际科学与工程大奖赛或国际环境科研项目奥林匹克竞赛奖项的考生，不再具备高考加分资格；

4、取消省级优秀学生加分项目：

在高中阶段获得省级优秀学生称号的考生，不再具备高考加分资格；

5、取消思想政治品德有突出事迹加分项目：

在高中阶段被认定为思想政治品德方面有突出事迹的考生，不再具备高考加分资格。

以上加分占历年高考加分项目的54.55%。

得语文者得高考

语文在12年的基础教育中、在中考和高考中第一重要。

高考改革后，三门统考课语文、数学、外语，其中外语可以多次参考，取最高分计入高考总分，就高考总分的区分度来讲大大降低；

数学在今后的命题中要大幅度降低难度，区分度也会较大下降，只有语文的广度、难度提升。

因此语文在高考总分中区分度会最大，最容易拉开学生档次。

说得语文者得高考一点都不过分！语文的提高需要长期积累，小学不抓，中高考就会后悔，到时候想抓也来不及。 

择区择校很重要

教改前择区、择校最主要的是获得更多的优质教育资源，教改后择班的重要性会被进一步强化。

教改后小学、初中弱校、强校间的差异被生源升学的最大化均等性所弱化，趋同性变得越来越明显。

高考考试制度变为“3 3”、学业水平考试、综合素质评价和自主招生四者的结合。

其中最重要的3 3和学业水平考试这两项，反映在教学中必然的唯一选择是：

不久全国的中学校都将展开“分层教学”和“走班制”教学，这就会出现“同班不同学”的现象。

因此，未来一个学生进了任何中学除了获得这所学校的名头外，要想得到更大的好处关键在班级的选择上，而班级的选择虽然是自由的但却是完全按照分数进行的，不同分数的班讲课的难度、进度、师资、教材、考题、生源等都是不同的。

所以，教改后你进了什么学校相比较教改前已经不那么重要了，而能够进什么班将起更关键和最直接的作用。

家长们不要再被名校的光环所笼罩了，此名校已非彼名校，教育生态环境已经完全改变，我们的思想观念要彻底转变了！

培养孩子各方面兴趣要常态化

放弃功利化导向，越早越好！

最多两年以后，高考录取将不再区分一本、二本、三本，甚至连考试大纲也要取消，大学的录取将完全按照专业进行，学什么样的专业与孩子的兴趣、爱好直接相关。

要想知道自己的孩子对什么感兴趣，就要从小学开始进行常态化发现和培养。

原来很多家长带孩子学文艺、科技、体育特长主要是为了小升初升学，功利性很强，现在功利性因为小升初升学模式和直升校的缘故已经被极大弱化了，但与孩子的前途、未来的关系却被强化了。

所以学特长的出发点、目的都会不一样了，后者变得更重要了，越早发现孩子的兴趣、特长所在，家长就会越轻松、越坦然、越自信，孩子今后的出路也越平顺。

高考不再分文理科了

各个高中校要在几乎所有的方面做出与改革配套的调整，是全面的改变而不是局部的。

比如：

分班、分层、一年多考课程的设置、安排、师资调配、课时设置、教室利用、课程研发、学业课程与高考课程的配置、综合素质评价制定、实施等等，都会与以往完全不同，对每所中学都是前所未有的挑战。在这其中学校的综合实力是最关键的，对学校的要求远胜过对每个学生的要求。

对普通高中校而言，更优的师资是保障“差生”能超越自身能力有更好、更高起点的决定性因素。

一些机构一直走在当今教育改革的前列，各年级语文辅导课程内容，都由国内百优老师亲自在线辅导，给孩子们提供最好的语文教育。

综合素质评价进入高考

教育部文件对学生的综合素质评价做了以下规定：综合素质评价内容包括思想品德、学业水平、身心健康、艺术素养和社会实践5项。

1、学业水平

重点是学业水平考试成绩、选修课程内容和学习成绩、研究性学习与创新成果等，特别是具有优势的学科学习情况。

2、艺术素养

重点是在音乐、美术、舞蹈、戏剧、戏曲、影视、书法等方面表现出来的兴趣特长，参加艺术活动的成果等；

3、思想品德

重点是学生参与党团活动、有关社团活动、公益劳动、志愿服务等的次数、持续时间；

4、身心健康

重点是《国家学生体质健康标准》测试主要结果，体育运动特长项目，参加体育运动的效果，应对困难和挫折的表现等；

5、社会实践

重点是学生参加实践活动的次数、持续时间，形成的作品、调查报告等。

语文变为第一学科，女孩更乐

男孩受自身生理特点的影响，顽皮，比女孩更难约束自己，好习惯的培养比女孩更困难。

语文变为第一学科后，女孩的自我约束和纪律性，使她们更容易也更愿意接受家长、老师的建议去按部就班地提高语文水平。

而男孩大多数一般还会依然故我。现在考上知名大学的女孩本来就比男孩多了，高考改革后女孩更是如鱼得水了。

因此，男孩的家长们就得更操心点了，早点培养他们的好习惯，特别是阅读习惯。

本次改革最凸显的学科就是语文，今后高考的改革走向也将更偏“文”。未来语文的地位就像原来小升初中奥数的决定性作用一样。得语文者得高考，得阅读者得语文。

有的同学不能正确认识语文学科的特点。读书的时间越久，语文学习的热情却越低，尤其是到了初中，更轻视语文学习，出现极心理。

语文学科的教学目标其实是培养学生的听、说、读、写能力。而这些能力的提高需要正确的方法，同时需要一个一个词语的积累、一篇一篇文章的阅读、一个一个片断的写作，就像砌房子一样，需要一点一滴的垒和砌，嫌麻烦是不行的。
