拉尔富·麦可泰尔( 出生时作拉尔富．梅，于英格兰伦敦法恩伯勒( Farnborough )出生，1944年12月3日(1944-12-03)（66岁）出生) 是一名英国歌手、作曲人、纯吉他音乐弹奏手。他在英国六十年代民歌乐坛占有一个举足轻重及具影响力的地位。

很有意思的是1969年的他在街头弹着吉他，诉说着London 街头的自己，嗓音中轻快跳跃带着风，50年后的2010年，他又唱起London，这座城市，他说他一直都是个什么生意都没学到的小学徒，尽管他已经成名，此时的他声音浑厚富有磁性饱含岁月中的润色，不再带着风，却带着笑……
