Marketing Specialist - Food Delivery
- 合同类型：提供 CDD 或 CDI 合同， 视候选人职业技能及经验情况而定；接受实习/学徒制 Alternance/Apprentissage 合同；CDD 结束后表现优秀者有转 CDI 的机会；

岗位职责
- 负责 Food Delivery 业务的年度营销活动规划及日常市场运营工作；
- 负责激活新用户并增强与现有用户互动， 定期进行用户调查， 提升用户体验；
- 维持现有渠道流量， 开发新渠道（私域、 公域等） ， 保持用户活跃；
- 负责处理分析市场数据和营销数据， 通过市场数据分析调整市场推广策略；
- 维护并提升品牌形象， 品牌定位、 平台爆款餐厅打造
- 对接设计进行页面风格优化， 跟进活动页面上线；

岗位要求
- 有市场营销、 传播等相关经验者优先。有互联网公司工作经验者优先 ;
- 中文母语能力， 必须具有职业级别的法语、 英语听说读写能力（B2-C1 等级） ；
- 强大的时间管理和项目管理能力;
- 热爱电商行业， 执行力强， 积极外向， 主动工作意识强， 快速的学习能力和活跃的创造力。
- 具有优秀的沟通能力， 对工作热情， 责任心强， 有上进心， 踏实肯干， 具有团队合作精神；
- 文笔优秀， 擅长营销文案撰写。善于思考， 逻辑清晰， 对策划感兴趣， 立志长期在该领域工作；
- 具有良好的逻辑思维能力， 有清晰的营销思路， 对互联网(特别是移动互联网)产品及用户需求有较
为深刻的理解和认识， 善于把握消费者的心理；
- 能够熟练使用 OFFICE 办公软件， 并具有一定的数据处理和分析能力。

Customer Service Specialist
- 合同类型：实习， 或者 CDD/CDI 合同（视候选人能力而定） ， 若候选人在 CDD 合同期内表现优异， 有可能转为 CDI 合同; 自由职业者 Auto-entrepreneur 亦可。
- 入职时间：尽快
- 工作时间：15:00 - 23:00 或 09:00 - 17:30， 每周工作 5 天休息 2 天，休息时间根据排班安排， 不固定
- 高于市场水平的工资

提供客户订单过程中所需要的帮助， 通过友好、 高效的沟通提供高质量的用户体验和支持；
遇到客户问题， 积极为客户寻求解决方案；
通过后台及工作微信进行客户服务沟通；
与司机进行及时有效沟通。

能用法语、 英语进行流利交流 (B2+水平)， 中文听说读写高阶能力， 母语水平最佳；
有类似工作经验优先；
有耐心， 抗压能力强；有责任心， 乐于思考， 有想法， 与人为善；
有较好的沟通、 团队协作能力以及突发事情的处理能力。

岗位职责
Research and implement the integration and access to data and permissions of the company's various IT service platforms;
Research, build and maintain the documentation systems and operational systems required by the various departments of the company;
Research, design and maintenance of cloud service monitoring systems.

岗位要求
IT science related majors, bachelor's degree or above.
Advanced or native level of Chinese (B2-C2) preferred, advanced level of English (C1-C2), fluent French (B2-C2) is a plus.
Experience in the development of cloud services operations and maintenance preferred.
Familiarity with Linux operating systems, knowledge of Linux-related tools such as periodic tasks and dependency, capacity of writing bash scripts.
Proficiency in the maintenance of server-side tools and knowledge of networking; ability to build IT service platforms (NAS, FTP, etc).
Knowledge of visualization technologies (VMWare, Docker, etc.), ability to build virtual environments for business needs and manage them efficiently.
Knowledge of monitoring and other operations and maintenance technologies; nowledge of using monitoring tools such as Nagios, Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic Stack, Selenium, etc..
Understanding of common public cloud services and understanding of Kubernetes components and commands.
