With offices internationally located in Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong.
Due to rapid expansion of our business, we invite qualified and self-motivated individuals who are seeking a career in the sectors of venture capital investment and/or cross-border M&A to join us as an Investment Analyst at our Beijing office.
Job Description
As an Investment Analyst, you are expected to:
Conduct market research on specific sectors of which the targeted ventures may belong to, via substantial desktop research, interviews, and/or site visits
Conduct company research on the same, and carry out business analysis,financial modeling, and/or valuation
Join in and provide necessary support to the commercial due diligence in the target companies
Support on information rights fulfillment and corporate governance in managing our portfolio companies
Draft or support the drafting of commercial due diligence reports and/or term sheets
Coordinate and support in cross-functional communications AND
Other supporting work as may be requested
Requirements
As a candidate of Investment Analyst, you are expected to be (of):
With high level of integrity and unconditionally upholding the principle of pacta sunt servanda
In the final year of study in a top-tier university for the first degree,or if for a second degree,the first degree shall be awarded by a top-tier university;Or an undergraduate degree or above from top-tier universities in China or abroad with excellent academic performance
Strong interests in equity investment
Passionate to explore challenges in complicated business settings
Proficient in English and Chinese languages
