实习TIPS：对于以找工作为目的的实习生来说，优选：中金中信华泰海通广发国泰君安中信建投招商兴业国金等。最近金融业大规模去产能开始了，例如11月29日IPO全被否·····看天吃饭，入行需谨慎。

简历TIPS：今天讲讲红领巾在给很多同学改简历过程中遇到的普遍问题。第一个，版面内容繁多。很多同学不懂取舍，建议的做法是重点突出实习经历（在哪做、做了啥、你的角色），削减学生干部/社团活动等篇幅。第二，标点。这是大家普遍存在的问题。最常见的现象就是：标点是不同输入法下打出来的。眼睛稍微尖一点的很容易看出来，作为双一流大学学生，这一点更要重视，好公司对格式要求很严格的，在这点上希望大家保持高度的强迫症！

 Perform basic financial and statistical analysis on macro economy, financial markets and bonds offering.

 Collect relevant data and information, conduct research and prepare support documents.

 Coordinate and utilize a variety of support services, e.g. making tables and graph, printing, scanning, library, computer services, etc.

 Assist in other project support upon request.

【Requirements】

 Major in Finance, Economics, or other related majors.

 Strong financial and accounting background.

 Mathematical background is a plus.

 Graduate of 2019, full time university student.

 Relevant internship experience preferred.

 Familiarity with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

· Provide quantitative analysis including financial forecasting and valuations
