“We used to study the past to predict the future”，温故而知新，可以为师矣。无论是谁，想要遇见未来，先要参考过去。“This arises from the fact that they are produced by men who have been, and ever will be, animated by the same passions. The result is that the same problems always exist in every era.”

Roberto Donà教授提出要在研究过去的基础上展望未来的构想，同时也对此构想提出了问题：Which are the keywords for the future? What do we need to do given the new direction? What does the VUCA world require?当然，Roberto 教授也做出相应的解答：Volatility, Uncertainty,Complexity, Ambiguity。

Roberto教授说，对于未来，要准备好迎接的，是年轻人，对于未知的世界，教授给出的关键词是：DARE。四个字母，简单却十分有力。

嘉宾介绍

Roberto Dona于2013年5月加入西浦国际商学院（IBSS），担任管理实践学教授。他目前的职务是商业合作副院长和管理科学硕士项目主任。在IBSS的前三年，他还担任IMBA项目主任。在此之前他一直是SDA博科尼商学院和博科尼大学的教师（自1990年起）。在博科尼的20多年间，他担任过各种各样的职务，积累了丰富的经验，比如行政工商管理硕士主任、全球行政工商管理硕士主任以及国际管理双学位主任（该课程系博科尼大学和上海复旦管理学院之间的合作项目）。他还曾担任纽约大学斯特恩商学院访问学者（1996年）、访问教授（1998年）、复旦大学管理学院访问教授。他还在俄罗斯、保加利亚、阿根廷、美国和中国工作过，有着良好的国际声誉。他的兴趣领域是奢侈品、消费品、技术和汽车，而他的研究重点则是亚洲的国际化和创新进程，以及该区域的外商直接投资（FDI）情况及其管理启示。自入行以来，他还担任过多家国内外公司的管理顾问，以及多个董事会职位。

2020年度大会主题 ——融合

融合，这将是未来文化、智慧和哲学在动荡的世界中生存的热门话题。融合是人类文化发展的总趋势。多元文化长期共存，相互渗透和融合，在渗透与融合的过程中互相认同与互为补充，这不仅是人类文化发展的轨迹，也是全球化时代中国文化发展的背景坐标。

随着全球化的深入，不同文化、技术，思想等互相碰撞融合，给世界不断带来新变化。未来世界单枪匹马、单打独斗的成功可能性越来越小，我们需要接纳、探索多元化的“融合”发展之路，创新创造更多的可能性。

Syntegration, which would be a hot topic in future in terms of culture, wisdom and philosophy to survive in the turbulent world. Syntegration is the general trend of human culture development. The long-term coexistence, mutual penetration and syntegration of diverse cultures, mutual recognition and complementarity in the process of penetration and syntegration, are not only the track of human cultural development, but also the background coordinate of Chinese cultural development in the era of globalization. With the deepening of globalization, different cultures, technologies and ideas collide and merge with each other, bringing new changes to the world. We need to embrace and explore diversified and "syntegration" development paths and create more possibilities through innovation. In the face of education, culture and art, social development, etc. how do you explore the road of Syntegration?
