The Latest Requirements for Applying for HDC Code

I. Testing Requirements

1. All China-bound passengers departing from Iceland are required to take one nucleic acid test（RT-PCR）within 48 hours before boarding the direct flight to China.

2. Passengers can select Iceland or the Country of Transfer to undergo the PCR test, and apply for HDC Code once receiving the negative test report.

3. Passengers must present the HDC code (green code) within its validity period to the airline before boarding the direct flight to China.

II. Documents Requirements

① Photo of passport

② Chinese Visa or Residence permit

③ PCR test report with negative result

④ Flight itinerary

Ⅲ. Way for Foreign Passengers to Apply for HDC Code

Foreign passengers can apply for HDC code at https://hrhk.cs.mfa.gov.cn/H5/  or scan the QR code below.

IV.  Reminder

1. After confirming your schedule to China, please contact our embassy through email [e-mail], or telephone [phone].

2. Please take good care of yourself and masks should be worn throughout the flight.

3. If there is any inconsistency between previous notices and this notice, this notice shall prevail.
