Close Contact of Omicron Case Reported in Henan, What To Do if..

Duan is currently undergoing centralized isolation and has undergone one nucleic acid test, with a negative result; the results of sampling tests on his home environment and objects are all negative.
According to the investigation, Duan took flight AC025 on November 27 and entered Shanghai at 6:40am. The same flight as the confirmed case.
From November 27 to December 11, Duan was quarantined in Shanghai for 14 days. During the quarantine, 4 nucleic acid tests were performed, and the results were all negative. The centralized quarantine was lifted on December 11.
On December 11, Duan took G1928 and G669 trains from Shanghai Hongqiao Station to Zhengzhou East Station, and then transferred to Xinxiang East Station. After arrival his family drove him home and all of them wore masks.
At about 20 o'clock on December 11, he returned to his home in Andu Township and did not go out.
On December 12, relatives gave them living items at the gate, and the two did not meet. At about 16:00, they had a brief conversation with the neighbor Duan at the gate, and the two were three meters away. For the rest of the time, he has not contacted other people.
Duan has been staying home and had no close contact with others from December 11th to 15th.

The Center for Health Protection in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region announced on the 15th that, as of 0:00 of the day, Hong Kong had detected 9 imported cases with Omicron mutant virus strain.
What should I do if I am notified as a close contact by accident?
Here is the advice from CDC:
1. Put on the medical surgical mask, find a relatively isolated, well-ventilated room or an empty area without people, and start a temporary self-isolation.
2. Inform the family members and colleagues if they are close contacts to you, so they can avoid hanging around.
3. Fully charge the mobile phone, wait for the investigation, and report the places you have been to and people you have met to the local community or disease control department honestly.
4. Check the payment records of your Alipay/WeChat/credit cards, so that you can recall as much as possible where you have been after contact with the case, whether you have been to a medical institution, and report the information.
5. Once being confirmed as a close contact, one will be transferred to a designated centralized isolation station. During the transfer process, it is necessary to continue to comply with personal protection regulations and wear medical protective masks and gloves to reduce mutual communication.
6. Receive 14 days of centralized quarantine medical observation and subsequent 7 days of home health monitoring. Nucleic acid testing will be performed every day for the first 7 days of the intensive quarantine period, and then every 2 days for the next 7 days, and on the second, fourth, and seventh days of the home health monitoring period.
During the quarantine period, it is necessary to fully cooperate with the medical staff for health monitoring. Once symptoms such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, sore throat, reduced smell (taste), and diarrhea occur, one should report to the medical staff in time and be sent to hospital for treatment through standardized channels.
