The measures cover“mark on health code for new arrivals”, restriction on taking public transportation (buses, metro) and entering public areas etc.
New arrivals are not allowed to take public transportation in Hefei (Anhui Province), Zhoushan (Zhejiang Province) and Shangrao (Jiangxi Province).
Beijing
From November 22, those who come/return to Beijing will undergo "3 testings in 3 days", new arrivals are asked to stay home before the negative results get released. No gathering or going to high populated places for 7 days.
From November 24, 48-hour negative nucleic acid testing reports are required for entering public places and taking public transportation in Beijing.
Shanghai
Staring from November 24, people who newly arrive in Shanghai will get “Less than 5 days after arriving” mark in their Shanghai Health Code (suí shēn mǎ 随申码) and Venue Code.
Persons who have arrived in Shanghai for less than 5 days, are not allowed to go to public places such as catering venues (including bars), shopping centers, supermarkets, vegetable markets, beauty salons, foot baths shops, indoor fitness sites, KTVs and dance clubs, Internet cafes, chess and card rooms, etc.
However, they can still take buses, subways, and enter the companies for work.
In addition to the requirements of "testing on arrival" and "3 testings in 3 days", a nucleic acid testing will also be carried out on the 5th day after arrival. The “Less than 5 days after arriving” mark in Shanghai Health Code (suí shēn mǎ 随申码) and Venue Code will be removed for those get negative nucleic acid testing results.
Hefei (Anhui Province)
From November 22, those who have arrived in Hefei for less than 5 days, are not allowed to enter public places such as shopping malls, supermarkets, farmers' markets, internet cafes, cinemas, gyms, chess and card room. And they are not allowed to take buses and subways.
Zhenzghou (Henan Province)
Zhengzhou announced on November 23 that, all personnel who come/return to Zhengzhou would get the "Less than 5 days after arriving" mark on the health code scanning page.
Relevant personnel can take public transportation after completing the testing on arrival. But they are not allowed to go to public places within 5 days, including: catering venues (including bars), shopping centers, supermarkets, vegetable markets, beauty salons, foot baths shops, indoor fitness sites, KTVs and dance clubs, Internet cafes, chess and card rooms, etc.
The "Less than 5 days after arriving" mark will disappear after completing 3 nucleic acid testings in 5 days.
Changsha (Hunan Province)
From November 23,people coming/returning to Changsha from other provinces or areas with severe epidemic outbreaks within 5 days, will get Pop-up reminder in their health code, the reminder will be removed after completing "testing on arrival" , "3 testings in 3 days", a nucleic acid testing on the 5th day, and all with negative results.
Relevant people are not allowed to gather and go to catering venues (including bars), shopping centers, supermarkets, vegetable markets, beauty salons, foot baths shops, indoor fitness sites, KTVs and dance clubs, Internet cafes, chess and card rooms, etc.
Sanya (Hainan Province)
Starting from November 23,personnel coming/returning to Sanya will get“Less than 3 days after arriving”mark in in their Health Code and Venue Code.
Relevant people are not allowed to gather and go to catering venues (including bars), shopping centers, supermarkets, cinemas, libraries and other indoor public areas within 3 days after arrival.
All citizens and tourists are required to take nucleic acid testings at least once every 3 days.
Shangrao (Jiangxi Province)
On November 23, Shangrao announced that all personnel coming/returning to the city are required to complete "2 testings in 3 days" (including the testing on arrival), and before the second nucleic acid testing result is released, they are not allowed to gather and go to catering venues (including bars) and public areas, and are not allowed to take public transportation. Yellow health code will be issued to those who fail to complete the testings on time.
Zhoushan (Zhejiang Province)
On November 23, Zhoushan announced that, all personnel coming/returning the the city need to complete the " testing on arrival" within 1.5 hours, and complete another 2 nucleic acid testings on the 2nd and 3rd days.
Within 3 days after arrival, they are not allowed to gather or enter crowded places (shopping malls, supermarkets, farmers' markets, fitness and entertainment venues, etc.) and key institutions (schools, training institutions, pension and childcare institutions, prisons, etc.), and are not allowed to take public transportation.
Subsequently, they also need to take normalized nucleic acid testing each every 72 hours.
Other Cities
In addition, cities such as Yichun in Jiangxi Province, Harbin in Heilongjiang Province, and Lingshui in Hainan Province, all require newly coming/returning personnel to complete required testings and forbid them to enter catering venues (including bars) and public areas during the testing period.
Shenzhen announced that, starting from November 24th, to enter the city's transportation stations, take public transportation, enter public confined spaces, etc., people must present 48-hour negative nucleic acid test certificates or nucleic acid sampling certificate of the same day (within 24 hours).
