双语报告 | 石室北湖AP半期报告

来自石室北湖AP的问好!


上周,由石室北湖AP课程教研组牵头,发布了学习者们在校半学期的研习发展报告。报告旨在概述在过去几个月中,学子的卓越学术表现、石室校园生活及班级管理、家校协作和未来学业规划等要素。



在学术探索的精神中,我们的学生迎接了AP课程和标化考试的挑战。他们的努力取得了可喜的成果,不仅展现出对严谨学习的承诺,还表现出对超越传统课程的学科的热情。


因此老师们从在校表现、课堂记录、学习态度等维度,特别评选出了每个学科表现优异的同学们。


我们班主任团队如星指引,对塑造有利于学术增长又有利于个人成长的环境发挥了关键作用。


注重学生参与、互动学习和培养一个支持性班级社群的做法,在每个教室中从小细节抓起,不知不觉已经引领起了一股积极向上的动力。


石室的老师们作为班主任,对同学们的协作和努力而感到自豪,已经小有成效的班级氛围促使着每个人向上发展。


其中,14班与15班班主任老师分别就学生在校的学习生活做了半期总结。



14班班主任李茜老师强调了中方课程的重要性以及班级管理规则。



「家长的理解和支持是孩子最大的底气。」


如何和孩子换位思考,作为家里的老小我们怎么替父母考虑,我们该怎样有效地沟通?李艳老师从亲子、家校的角度分享,为班里的同学和家长们道出了亲子之间的相处之道:我们可以互相理解。




学期过半,我们已经共同创造出了4个关键词。李艳老师从规矩与规律、主动与争取、包容与温暖、协作与配合回顾我们这半学期班级的有机成长。


从陌生到现在的互相包容与鼓励,从懵懂到现在的自律与自省。


好的班级管理不仅关注学术成绩,还注重学生的全面发展和社会情感层面的培养。这种有效的管理方法不仅能够提供个性化的关怀和支持,更能激发学生的学习热情和积极性。



最后,由班级生活委员向全体家长、同学们公示了班级班费的管理与使用情况。这再一次体现了学生参与班级管理,分担管理职责,增强同理心,感受班级责任感和凝聚力。

总的来说,学年上半期是对我们实践精神的探索和教育学术能力的证明。


从学习能力培养到班级学风塑造,我们很荣幸每一位学习者都在积极地进修。


国际部致力于为大学准备提供全面的支持。升学部门的老师们对学子们也进行了第一次面对面会谈,积极引导学生应对大学录取的复杂性,协助标准化考试,并促进关于潜在职业道路的讨论。我们期待与学生和家长一同继续这个旅程,共同探索前方丰富多样的机遇。


在家校沟通方面,我们相信家长和教育者之间的合作的力量。每位家长在学子成长的参与度对于为我们的学生创造全面的学习体验至关重要。感谢每位家长积极参加家长课堂、在课外活动中的给与支持,以及在家庭交流中不断协助学校,强化学生好奇心和学术进取心。


让我们一同助力每一位AP学习者的成长与发展,期待下一次的总结,看到孩子们更大的进步。



Dear Esteemed Parents and Guardians,


Greetings from SHISHIBEIHUAP family! We are thrilled to have you all here at Midterm Parent-Teacher Meeting for our APers' freshman year last week. This report, mainly from Teaching and Research Team, aims to encapsulate the unique blend of academic excellence, Shishi High School's life and class management, collaboratice efforts between parents-school, as well as future academic plans that define our educational journey.


In the spirit of academic exploration, our students have embraced the challenges of Advanced Placement courses and Standardized Test Curriculum.


Our dedicated faculty, akin to guiding stars, has been instrumental in fostering an environment conducive to both academic and personal growth. The emphasis on student engagement, interactive learning, and the cultivation of a supportive class community has played a pivotal role in shaping the positive dynamics within each classroom. 


We take pride in the collaborative efforts of students and teachers in maintaining a vibrant and inclusive class atmosphere.



"Parents' understanding and support are the greatest confidence boost for children.


How to empathize with our children, and considering our parents' perspective? 


How can we communicate effectively?


Ms.Li Yan, from the perspective of both a parent and an educator, shares insights on building parent-child relationships, emphasizing mutual understanding.




As the semester passes its midpoint, we have collectively established four key principles. Teacher Li Yan reflects on the organic growth of our class, focusing on discipline and routines, initiative and advocacy, inclusiveness and warmth, as well as collaboration and cooperation.


From initially being strangers to the current mutual tolerance and encouragement, from initial confusion to current self-discipline and introspection.


Effective class management not only concentrates on academic achievements but also emphasizes students' holistic development and cultivation of social-emotional aspects.


This impactful management approach provides personalized care and support, igniting students' enthusiasm and positivity towards learning.



Last but not least,  the Class Life Committee disclosed to all parents and classmates the management and utilization of class funds. This once again reflects students' involvement in class management, sharing management responsibilities, enhancing empathy, and fostering a sense of class responsibility and cohesion.

In summary, the first half of the academic year has been an exploration of our spirit of practicality and a testament to our academic capabilities.


From fostering learning abilities to shaping the class culture, we are delighted that every learner is actively engaged in their studies.


The SHISHIBEIHUAP is committed to providing comprehensive support for university preparation. Teachers from the college counseling department conducted the first face-to-face meetings with students and parents, actively guiding them through the complexities of university admissions, assisting with standardized testing, and facilitating discussions about potential career paths. We look forward to continuing this journey with APers and thier families, collectively exploring the diverse opportunities that lie ahead.


In terms of home-school communication, we believe in the power of collaboration between parents and educators. Each parent's involvement in the growth of their child is crucial to creating a comprehensive learning experience. We appreciate every parent's active participation in parent workshops, support in extracurricular activities, and continuous assistance in reinforcing curiosity and academic ambition at home.


Let us together support the growth and development of each AP learner, anticipating the next review and witnessing even greater progress in our students.
