Introducing: China in a Bite!

Maybe you noticed – over the past month we’ve been debuting our new short series “China in a Bite.” 

Like its sister, China in a Minute, we seek to zoom in on a trend, topic or aspect of contemporary China in less than 60 seconds… Only this time, we’re focusing all on food and drink!

This week, we feature some of China’s best regional sodas. They might not be as visible as Coca-Cola or Pepsi, but there’s actually quite a few time-honored local brands holding down the forts of bubbly refreshments. Have you tried any?
