Some people want to change their appearance, even by surgery. Do you agree or disagree with this behavior?（同2017.05.13）

答案示例

I think it’s OK if people want to change their appearance even through plastic surgery since it’s their right to make decisions for themselves. Some people may argue that it’s dishonest or unfair to people who stick to their natural appearance; but as far as I’m concerned, we shouldn’t judge it since those who have undergone such a process often won’t hide it from others; plus, even if they conceal the truth, others could also choose whether to go through the similar thing in order to look more attractive. It’s simply a matter of personal choice. Moreover, appearance does open doors; yet at the same time, beauty is only skin deep, I mean, hardly anyone can succeed just because of a nice face and everyone knows that we need to work hard in order to achieve something. 

PS：这道题，别小不在意说出“歧视”的话哈！！比如课上有同学讲到，“整容是不道德的”、“这是一种欺骗性的行为”等等 —— 虽然从评分上看，观点本身没有对错、只要自圆其说即可，但是这种歧视性的话别讲哦
