20191019 独立口语考题 

Some people prefer to work in a company that lets employees work on problems on their own while others prefer the company that has some people offer instructions to employees. Which one do you like better?

答案示例

I’d like to work in a company which let me deal with problems by myself, which allows me to address problems more efficiently. When encountering an obstacle, I usually want to be left alone so that I could clear my thoughts and try to figure it out independently. I may search for relevant information on the internet or do some deep thinking or calculation. In fact, I can better concentrate and would be more quick and sharp when handling problems on my own. In contrast, although it’s not a bad idea to have someone by my side, offering suggestions and instructions, I may either grow too dependent on others’ help or regard that person as a backseat driver, which not only lowers my efficiency but also makes me annoyed.

PS：这道题看似是新题，但其实话题比较常见：自己解决问题/寻求他人的帮助。
