Thank you for your question.
First of all, in many films and television advertising competition I participated in during my undergraduate period.My photography ability and teamwork ability have been greatly enhanced,besides I also got certain experience in the competition.
On the contrary,I think my weakness is my lack of self - confidence . When comparing myself with others . I always focus on my shortcomings and magnify them. But I'm trying to correct it. For example, I share more with my buddies how it feels to complete a task, review what I did adequately, and use more rational analysis rather than wallow in anxiety.

I think my greatest strength is perseverance. Once I set a goal, I will devote all my time and energy to achieve it and I believe that as long as I study hard enough, I definitely can make it no matter how difficult it is. At the same time, I can learn form failures. And I am good at reflecting on my own problems from the details and correcting them.
Of course, I have some weaknesses. Sometimes, I don’t take actions quickly. Because I prefer to begin before I prepare everything and think twice. So I miss out on some opportunities to improve myself. But now, I find it better to take immediate action than to take time to hesitate. Only through practice can I know what the problem is.

To be honest, I evaluate myself as a person who is optimistic to meet challenges and willing to shoulder responsibility. First of all, I think years of hard working in campus have equipped me with adequate professional knowledge and practical ability, along with critical thinking. When facing new challenges, I can apply what I have learned to solve problems in an effective and right way.
What’s more, sense of responsibility is also one of my strength in personal characteristic. This is evidenced both in individual and teamwork. That means I am not only competent to independently finish my own assignments, but also possess team spirit in joint programs.
At the same time, I also realize that I do have some shortcomings. For example, procrastination is one of the urgent problems to be solved. I will also deeply reflect on it and take active actions to avoid.
What I have mentioned above is my objective understanding towards my strengths and weakness. If I have the honor to further my study in your university, I will continue to develop my advantage, and directly face my weakness, sparing no efforts to overcome them, and constantly improving myself.
