九棵树（国际）爱乐乐团由来自不同国家的杰出艺术家组成，指挥大师汤沐海先生担任首席指挥，在他带领下，期望成为未来中国有影响力的交响乐团。这支高水平交响乐团充满活力和青春朝气，令广大音乐爱好者无比期待。现根据乐团业务发展需要，为筹备2021年9月21日在九棵树（上海）未来艺术中心举办的“音乐无国界·千里共婵娟”2021中秋音乐盛典，特招聘国内外优秀演奏家/乐手。
Nine Trees (International) Philharmonic Orchestra is composed of outstanding musicians from different countries, led by Mr. Tang Muhai as the chief conductor. Under his leadership, hopefully it is going to become an influential symphony orchestra in China in the near future. This high-level, energetic and youthful symphony orchestra is carrying a lot of music lovers’ expectations. Our debut concert will take place on September 21st, 2021 during the Mid-Autumn Day Music Carnival in Ninetrees Future Art Centre, Shanghai.

汤沐海，国际华人指挥大师，九棵树（上海）未来艺术中心艺术家委员会委员。本世纪唯一获2004年美国格莱美奖、2006年德国Echo-Klassik“古典回声”奖、2017年意大利奥斯卡国际金歌剧奖的华人指挥家，也是2020年第3届德国OPUS KLASSIK“古典音乐奖”唯一华人音乐家获奖者。
International Chinese conductor master, member of the Artist Committee of Nine Trees (Shanghai) Future Art Center, world-renowned Chinese conductor, winner of numerous international awards, the only Chinese conductor in the 21 century who won the American Grammy Award in 2004 and the German "Echo-Klassik" (Classical Echo) Award in 2006, the Italian Oscar International Golden Opera Award in 2017, and the only Chinese musician who won the third German OPUS KLASSIK "Classical Music Award" in 2020.

1983年，汤沐海应卡拉扬大师之邀多次指挥柏林爱乐乐团，从此开启国际指挥生涯并受邀指挥众多世界著名乐团，如德国德累斯顿国立交响乐团和莱比锡格万特豪斯乐团、伦敦交响乐团、 圣彼得堡爱乐乐团、华盛顿国家交响乐团、法国国家交响乐团等。
In 1983, he was invited by Herbert von Karaja to conduct for the Berlin Philharmonic for many times. Since then, he has started his international conducting career and has been invited to a lot of world-renowned orchestras, such as Sächsische Staatskapelle Dresden, Gewandhausorchester Leipzig, London Symphony Orchestra, Saint-Petersburg Academic Philharmonic, National Symphony Orchestra of Washington, L'Orchestre National de Francaise, etc.

18岁以上中国籍或外籍音乐家/乐手，外籍音乐家/乐手要求持有中国有效签证/居留许可证，并已根据中国新冠肺炎疫情形势及防控要求完成隔离、核酸检测及疫苗注射等；
Musicians aged 18 and above who hold Chinese ID/passports or foreign passports with a valid Chinese working or student visa/residence permit. Please comply with COVID-19 prevention and control requirements of China and complete entry isolation, nucleic acid testing and vaccination, etc. in necessary.

Employment: Those who will successfully pass the online audition will be informed through email or phone call by 15th September, 2021. Domestic air/train tickets, local accommodation with daily 3 meals, rehearsal and concert fee in RMB will be provided by the organizer.

九棵树未来艺术中心是国内第一家A级人文生态综合剧院，南上海首屈一指的文化中心与艺术地标。其拥有生机盎然的外形、充满未来感的材质、俯仰皆是的智慧科技元素，以及融自然与艺术于一身的森系理念。以“生机、诗意、未来”为旨归，是一座积极打造符合大众公益、开放空间、产业孵化等多元化需求的智慧剧院。
1200座的大剧场，作为九棵树未来艺术中心的主场馆，采用了先进的电子可变混响装置。波浪纹的木质墙面更是将“音乐是流动的建筑，建筑是凝固的音乐”这一美学概念诠释得淋淋尽致，而细腻、富有层次感的声场环境则能让每一位观众都体验到“声”临其境的美妙。500座的多功能实验剧场，配备全伸缩式座椅和可移动侧壁。打破思维桎梏，探索先锋艺术变得如此触手可及。300座的星光小剧场，空间小巧精致，其设计亮点在于末排可升降的电动移动门，剧场内的观众可由此门直观赏室外“天水一色，郁郁葱葱”的自然景观。
除此之外，九棵树未来艺术中心还具备两个室外剧场，包括可容纳2000人的森林剧场和与主水景相连的水岸舞台。另外，其附属设施涵盖大中小各型排练厅、艺文空间等极具规模的展览区域之外，依湖而建的水岸餐厅更是满足人们艺术生活之下的悠闲与惬意。
As the first A-level multi-functional theater in China that combines humanistic attraction and natural splendor, the Nine Trees Future Art Center, located in the south of Shanghai, is sure to be a key cultural center and an artistic landmark of the city. With an architectural design that gives it vitality and dynamism, multiple choices of building materials that manifest a sense of futurism and varied application of smart technology, the forest-like center integrates artistic charisma into the surrounding beauty of nature. Having Vitality & Dynamism, Poetic Design and the Future We Seek as its overarching principles, the Nine Trees Future Art Center tries to redefine the ecosystem of theaters that surpasses how traditional theaters work. In short, the center will be a smart theater that tries its best to serve the public good, explore untapped potential of this industry and foster artistic start-ups that will succeed in the future.
With its world-class electronic reverb system, the 1200-seats Main Theater is the landmark of the Nine Trees Future Art Center. The wooden walls with wavy patterns fully explain the artistic idea that music is a dynamic form of architecture while architecture is a static form of melodies. The whole building helps to give an ultimate representation of a warm and full-bodied live experience for the audience to catch even the infinitesimal details of sound. The Multi-Purpose Theater, with 500 seats in total, has auto-retractable seats that can hide behind the back board and moveable walls which can be folded to both sides. This not only breaks the line between actors and audience, but also gives us an opportunity to explore cutting-edge ideas of art. The Starry Theater, with 300 seats, is smaller yet with all the details carefully designed. The wall at the back can be lifted up by an electronic motor, giving an instant view of the outdoor sky, lake water and woods that puts the audience into the nature.
In addition to these buildings, the Nine Trees Future Art Center is also equipped with another two outdoor theaters, including the Forest Theater that can hold as many as 2000 people and the Waterfront Theater like a small island in the heart of a lake, Supporting facilities include rehearsal studios of all sizes and showcase places that can hold artistic or cultural exhibitions. Want a cup of tea? Just go to the waterfront restaurant beside the lake to enjoy your time with friends and family!
