NVC in China

2009年“非暴力沟通NVC”经由马歇尔的同名书被阮胤华先生翻译成中文而被知晓。此后的10年，NVC被越来越多的人热爱着、实践和分享着，支持着无数人经验到同理倾听带给人的转化性力量、与自己和他人重新建立慈悲的关系、在组织社群中发展协作与伙伴关系。

2018年10月，第一次国际非暴力沟通强化学习营(IIT)在成都圆满，可谓是一场NVC中国社群深化学习与深入连接的庆祝。之后在社群以及诸位CNVC认证培训师的见证下，诞生了中国的第一位CNVC认证培训师刘轶女士。

为了让更多中文学习者们在NVC学习与实践的道路上获得系统性与多元化的支持，刘轶女士与在NVC领域实践多年的伙伴们希望以NVC中文网项目作为桥梁，建立起中文社群与CNVC的连接，并且在协作与共创中实践NVC意识与权力共享的范式。

Non-Violent Communication (NVC) was first known in China through Marshall's book NVC, a Language of Life being translated into Chinese in 2009. Throughout a decade time, NVC has been loved, practiced and shared by many in China. It has supported people to experience transformation through empathy, rebuild a compassionate relationship with self and the word, and organizations and communities to develop collaboration and partnership. 

In October 2018, the first International Intensive Training was successfully held in China, a big celebration for the community to come together and deepen practice. Then witnessed by the community and CNVC trainers, Ms. Liu Yi completed her final assessment and becomes the first CNVC Certified Trainer in China.

NVCnet is initiated by Ms Liu Yi and experienced practioners with the intention to support systematic learning and practice of NVC, bridge between the Chinese speaking community with international communities and practice NVC consciousness and parntership paradgim through collaboration and co-creation.

NVCnet.cn is currently composed by three parts: ACADEMY, COMMUNITY, CONSULTING & COMMUNICATION. 

• 学院涉及由CNVC认证培训师设计和带领的不同领域NVC系列课程

  ACADEMY involves programs designed and delivered by CNVC certified trainers, covering different aspects of NVC

• 社群以共创和协作的方式支持不同NVC群体的需求，营造学习与成长型社群

  COMMUNITY is to support needs of different groups of NVC practitioners and build learning communities in a co-creative and collaborative way 

• 咨询与传播涉及定制项目、项目开发以及传播和出版项目
  

  CONSULTING & COMMUNICATION oriented toward customers and public for tailor-made programs and advocacy projects
