事实核查：川普关于注射消毒剂的狂想真的是开玩笑吗？

在4月23日的新闻简报会上，美国总统唐纳德·川普对使用 "非常强大的光"（very powerful light），将消毒剂注入人体，以杀死COVID-19的可能性进行了一番思考 —— 这个建议被专家们认为很危险。一天后，他说自己只不过是在 "讽刺（ sarcastic）"。
真的如此吗？我们对川普的总统进行了复盘事实核查。
虽然我们的结论是：在他的言论中，无论是最初的评论，还是后来在简报会上回到这个话题时，都没有明确表明川普是在开玩笑。不过，让我们还是不加评判地复盘，结论留给读者自己来判断吧。
为了避免中英文翻译可能出现的误差，我们把川普讲话的英文原文跟中文一同保留。以方便读者亲自判断，顺便温习一下英语。
在4月23日的白宫疫情简报会上，负责领导国土安全部（Department of Homeland Security，简称DHS）科技局的威廉·布莱恩（ William Bryan）向媒体介绍了DHS最近对新冠状病毒分别于高温、潮湿和阳光下在无孔表面存活情况的研究。布莱恩说，"病毒在阳光直射下死亡速度最快（virus dies the quickest in the presence of direct sunlight）"，还谈到了消毒剂在表面上快速杀死病毒的测试。
随后，特朗普谈到了阳光和消毒剂的力量，时而转身对着布莱恩讲话。
川普在布莱恩做完报告后展开了他的思考。

我们反复检视川普总统讲话视频，也实在没有发现他有任何讽刺的意图。我们所看到的，是一位严肃认真地讲出自己的天真臆想的总统。坦白地说，我并不讨厌他说的这些想法，如果是从一个没有上过学的孩子口中说出，还真的是蛮可爱的。我更大的感受是吃惊，这样的想法居然如此严肃地盘恒在我们的总统的脑子里。
