这是一种行动。在城市的村庄里，一些人和另一些人，想一起说些真话。今天，处于城市话语里的城郊村落，住民的生活及其问题，难以有真实的存活和发声空间，一切都让位于强大的消费媒体和舆论导向。这是个明摆着的、实实在在的问题。关于西三村的实践与行动方式，是希望在这个语境下，用手机摄像这个真实、便捷的低技术手段，重新夺回属于一个村子的话语权利，实践一种通道，联合村民发声。
城市与村落的持久性冲突，在任何地方实质是一样的。城市的推进掩盖了本该具有平等话语权的乡村，在某种程度上是对乡村价值的不承认。而在这样的大规模冲突中，最根本的问题，其实还是关于人的基本问题，始终是个人权益、生存资源分配与获取，及真实表达的议题。
城市与个人的关系，同广州与西三村的关系，以及深圳与白石洲的关系，也没什么区别。真要说有区别，仅仅是城市化过程带来的影响程度不同。
或许，当我们面对这样的现实时，社会实践靠的不仅仅是城市提供的关于城市的知识，应该先直面那些社会冲突及个体遭遇，还需要通过连接民众参与和临时集合的行动，来不断地实践我们对城市与村落的不同想象和议论场域。

This is an action plan. The village in the city, there are some villagers who want to tell the truth of their living and subsistence in public. For them, it might be not easy to survive and speak because of the consumption of media and direction of the public opinion. The result of it has truly became a society issue. In the context of Xisan village’s practical activity and action plan, the artists want to take back the rights of speech for villagers by using cell-phone camera.
There is no much difference between the essence of urban city and the essence of village in the city. The city only focus on how to advance on the development instead of making sure everyone has the equal rights of speech. The major conflict of the village in the city between the government and the community, it causes the current situation to the village in the city. In fact,the main problem still cannot solve because of the individual rights,the living resources, the distribution, the acquisition and the actual voice.
The relationship between city and individual as same as Guangzhou to Xisan Village; and it’s any distinguish between Shenzhen to Baishizhou. If it has to list adistinguish, it might only be the impact of each city.
Perhaps, when we face this reality, social practice is not only about the knowledge of the city. It should to face these social conflicts and the individual encounters. To achieve the goal of freedom of the speech and the diversity in the city and the village, we still have to work on connecting the public participation and the collective actions.
