America

There are many types of crime-free in the United States, FBI crime-free (most widely applicable),state crime-free, city crime-free, and so on.

美国无犯罪有很多种，FBI无犯罪（适用范围最广），州无犯罪，城市无犯罪等等。

1. Where to issue a Certificate of Innocence:

There are two forms of no-crime certificates in the United States, and the specific type of no-crime certificate required needs to be selected according to the actual requirements of various government departments:

美国无犯罪有两种形式，具体需要办理哪种无犯罪证明需要根据各国政府部门的实际要求来选择：

1. A certificate of no criminal record in the United States issued by the FBI;

1. 由美国联邦调查局FBI出具的美国无犯罪记录证明；

2. A certificate of Innocence issued by the local police station.

2. The difference between two types of proof of innocence:

1. The former searches FBI databases (only federal crimes are recorded), and the latter searches local city, county, and state databases

2. A fingerprint card is not required for a certificate of non-crime issued by a local police station, and a fingerprint card is required for a certificate of non-crime issued by the FBI;

3. What kind of certificate of no criminal record should be issued depends on one's own circumstances. 1. First of all, the certificate of no-crime entrusted to the local notarization of the document lawyer notarization;

The DBS is issued by the local police and the ACRO is more advanced like the FBI; the former can only be used as a work visa; the latter can be used as a green card and permanent residence in addition to a work visa.

英国DBS是当地警察局开具的 ,另一种是ACRO更高级就像美国FBI；前者只能作为申请工作签证使用；后者除了工作签证还可以用于绿卡和永居等证件的申请。

CPIC -Canadian Dian Police Information Centre) is a national Police database, both departments in CPICCPIC database search for no criminal records. Certificates of no criminal record issued by any department cover the entire territory of Canada.

加拿大皇家警察信息服务中心是一个全国性的警方数据库，以上两个部门均在CPIC的数据库中检索无犯罪记录。无论由哪个部门开具的无犯罪记录证明，其范围均覆盖加拿大全境。

1. Find local notaries in Canada to notarize the Canadian criminal record has been obtained proof;

2. The notarized proof of Canadian non-criminal record shall be certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Canada or the department designated by the provincial government;

3. The Certified Canadian Certificate of No Criminal Record shall be submitted to the Chinese embassy or consulate in Canada for consular certification.

Australian no-crime certificates are generally applied through the Australian Federal Police (AFP) and there are two types of no-crime certificates available, both covering the entire territory of Australia.

澳大利亚无犯罪记录证明一般是通过澳大利亚联邦警局AFP来申请，有两种类型的无犯罪记录证明可供选择，范围均覆盖澳大利亚全境。

A Name-based certificate of no criminal record can be applied for through an online submission;

基于名字（Name_Based）的无犯罪记录证明可通过在线提交材料申请；

Fingerprint-based non-criminal record verification applications can only be sent by post, as the Australian federal police require Fingerprint cards to be in paper form and do not accept electronic Fingerprint submissions. Please confirm with the relevant department if you want to apply for a name-based or fingerprint-based certificate of no-crime, such as permanent residence, work visa, immigration and so on, and apply for a name-based certificate of no-crime in Australia.

基于指纹（Fingerprint_Based）的无犯罪记录证明申请只能通过邮寄办理，因为澳大利亚联邦警局要求指纹卡是纸质版本的，不接受电子版的指纹信息提交。具体申请基于姓名还是基于指纹的无犯罪证明，请跟相关部门确认，一般办理永居、工作签证、移民等，申请基于姓名的澳大利亚无犯罪证明即可。
