（除使馆管理处、总务处财产、采购和车辆办公室以及维修部门员工及其家属以外任何人均可参加竞拍)
声明：所拍物品无质量保证，均以拍卖日当天状况为准，不予维修、翻新或维护。发生的过户或登记等一切费用均由买方承担。一经售出，不予退换。使馆保留对拍卖物品出售的权利。买方负责所拍得物品的运输。在所规定时间内如果您没有来取货，使馆将会取消您下一次参加资格。若中、英文广告或合同互相歧异或抵触时，以英语文本为准。
