SUH Physiotherapy Launches Remote Rehabilitation Guide

曜(yào)影医疗 曜影医疗 2020-03-22

The sudden COVID-19 outbreak and subsequent increases in prevention and control measures have given everyone an extra long Spring Festival holiday and the opportunity to work from home. Although remaining at home is seen as a contribution to society during this critical period, this “happy stay-at-home life” will naturally be characterized by excessive sitting, less exercise, and too much time spent reclining on the sofa with your phone or playing games with your head lowered. The various unnatural postures that result from working and relaxing at home often lead to “stay-at-home” syndromes, such as soreness at the waist and back pain.

If we are forced to stay at home under current circumstances, what can be done about the intolerable shoulder, neck and waist pain? What if we are supposed to receive rehabilitation and correction therapy on a regular basis? To address these issues, SinoUnited Health has launched a Remote Rehabilitation Guide. During the outbreak, you can communicate and interact with our physiotherapists via digital platforms and enjoy one-on-one professional guidance right at home for FREE.
