近日，我省友城比利时西弗兰德省省长卡尔•德卡卢维发来慰问视频，对中国和浙江省抗击疫情表示慰问和支持。 他说，比利时西弗兰德省已与浙江省开展合作二十载，我们现正在密切关注中国疫情的有关消息。我们支持中国人民，我们与你们同在。
今年是浙江省与西弗兰德省建立友好关系20周年，双方20年来不断加深友谊、深化交流，合作成果堪称我省在欧洲友城典范。
