2021年11月5日-9日，丽水摄影节在丽水举办。丽水摄影节首届画廊展——2021万象PHOTO艺术博览会同时举行，观看艺术画廊参加了本届艺博会，并展出了周强的两组作品《困顿下的一些尝试》《生》。

Some Attempts In Isolation
关门，拒绝外出、抵制天黑......疫情使我的内心更加紧闭。不愿出门，更不愿与他 人产生交集，我愈发依赖使用网络替代与物理空间之间的联系。在真实世界中生活的我依 赖虚拟和庞杂的讯息对外界作判断，但与现实层面的接触、体验、感知、交谈的欲望都在 退化，我变得不愿说话也不会说话。我意识到，我们都生活在强权的叙述与被叙述的语境 中，这使我感到日益恐慌、厌倦、乏力。
疫情平稳后，我再次上路。这次，我开始关心无聊，把目光对准微不足道之物和以 往拒斥察觉的感受，用感知和体验与自己对话。我开着车穿越晨昏和四季，抵达那些不知 名的地方，睡在车里，饿了就停下来做饭累了就睡觉，背着相机晃荡——只有这样，我曾紧闭的内心才能洞开一道缝隙。

Doors shut, isolated, refuse to rest... the pandemic makes me tense. The less I connect with the physical world, the more I rely on the internet to grasp reality. Here I am, living in the physical world, yet trying to sense my surroundings based on information fed by the virtual reality. I can feel my senses fading, along with my desire to communicate. Then I came to realize that we all live in a world in which our narratives are constructed and deconstructed by unseen forces. This made me tired and unmotivated.
As the pandemic situation started to get better, I decided to be on the road again. Only this time, I turn my eyes to mundaneness and boredom. I look for things that are meaningless and unnoticed, things that are overlooked. On this journey, I intend to talk to my inner self by experience and sensation. Driving through dusks and dawns, seasons, and places that have no names. I sleep when I am tired, cook when I am hungry, and wonder around with no purpose. Only then, maybe I could crack the hardened shell on my heart.

关于艺术家
周强，1992年出生于四川自贡，现工作生活于四川成都。获2019第七届侯登科纪实摄影奖，2020第十二届三影堂摄影奖，2017露西摄影奖。2018、2019玛格南基金提名。作品曾展出于三影堂摄影艺术中心，集美阿尔勒摄影季，意大利帕多瓦摄影节，中参馆“Documenting China”纽约布鲁克林，雁儿湾当代美术馆，深圳越众影像馆，观看艺术画廊（ViewArtGallery），北京当代艺术博览会，PHOTOFAIRS影像博览会，大理国际影会，丽水摄影节等。作品被收藏于三影堂摄影艺术中心，谢子龙影像艺术中心，观看艺术画廊（ViewArtGallery）及个人藏家。周强的创作脉络始终关注个体境遇与所处“环境”的关系，把个体经验与思考以及那些被拒斥察觉的感受视觉化。
