We opened this restaurant.
我们开了这家餐厅。
We decided to do some business.
决定做点生意。
So far, it seems we did a lucky move.
现在看来，这是明智之举。
And about the Chinese New Year, I'm going to spend it with my family, because my wife is from Shenyang.
今年春节，我打算和家人一起过，我妻子是沈阳人。
And I will be with her and her family and stay together, the traditional way.
我们会跟她的家人一起过个传统新年。
I was surprised when I came to China.
刚来中国的时候，其实我很诧异。
I remember celebration of the Chinese New Year from Ireland where I used to live,
我记得以前在爱尔兰庆祝中国新年的时候，
and Chinese people celebrated in streets and there were markets and full of life.
当地华人会到街上一起庆祝，有各种集市，很热闹。
When I came to China, I expected something like that, but after I learned that people actually go home and stay with families.
来到中国以后，我以为也会看到那样热闹的场面，但我发现，人们会回家与家人团聚。
So that was a little surprise for me.
我觉得有些意外。
I do like Spring Festival very much, I enjoy the quiet time (during this period).
我真的非常喜欢春节，我享受这段安静的时光。
Finally, Shenyang slows down.
沈阳终于放慢了节奏。
It's very quiet.
大街小巷非常安静。
It's nice to go out to the park for a walk.
即便只是到公园散步也非常惬意。
I'm not really a person to sit down and watch TV.
我并不是一个喜欢坐在那里看电视的人。
So I enjoy making Jiaozi with family and just have fun.
我喜欢和家人一起包饺子，一起开开心心的。
For me, the biggest problem is to make the filling inside, the stuffing.
包饺子对我来说，最难的就是调馅。
But make (wrap) the Jiaozi, I feel it's easy.
但包饺子这个步骤，对我来说很简单。
In Chinese, I only can say "chunjiekuaile", but I can wish all Chinese people only prosperity, happiness and every year enjoy their life.
中文的新春祝福，我只会说“春节快乐”，我祝愿所有中国人民吉祥如意，长安常乐。
