G: What time is school over?

--几点放学？

T: School is over at three forty on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

--星期二、星期四和星期五三点四十放学。

G: What about Monday and Wednesday?

星期一和星期三呢？

T: School is over at four thirty on Monday and at two fifty on Wednesday.

--周一四点半放学，周三两点五十放学。

G: OK, I see.

--好的，我明白了。

T: What time is it, Grandma?

--奶奶，现在几点了？

G: It's seven thirty-five.

--现在是七点三十五分。

T: Oh, it's time for school. I must go. Goodbye, Grandma.

--哦，该上学了。我必须走了。再见，奶奶。

G: Goodbye.

--再见。

Listen and say.

Mom: Get up! Get up!

Son: What's the time, Mum?

Mom: It's seven fifty. You are late.

Son: Oh, no.

Son: Mom, it's not seven fifty. It's six fifty-five.

Mum: Oh, yes. So let's have a big breakfast.

Son: OK, Mum.

The ball in the hole 掉到洞里的球

It's four fifty. School is over. Li Ming and Wang Ying are walking home. On the way they see a boy. He is crying.

现在是四点五十。学校结束了。李明和王赢正步行回家。在路上他们看到一个男孩。他在哭。

“ What's wrong?” Li Ming asks.

“怎么了？”李明问道。

“ My ball is in that hole. I can't get it out.”

“我的球在那个洞里。我弄不出来。

“ Don't worry. We can help you. ”

“别担心。我们可以帮助你。” 

They try to take the ball out, but the whole is too deep. 

他们试图把球取出来，但整体太深了。

They think and think, and then Li Ming has an idea. 

他们想了又想，然后李明有了一个主意。

He says, “we can use water.” 

他说，“我们可以用水。”

They get some water and fill the hole with it. 

他们找了些水，然后把洞灌满。

Then the ball comes up. 

然后球浮了出来。

Wang Ying gives the ball to the boy. 

王赢把球给了那个男孩。

The boy smiles and thanks them for their help.

男孩微笑着感谢他们的帮助。
