We want to celebrate World Jianbing Day by helping you create your own jianbings at home. We've got two awesome solutions for you - an in-person jianbing cooking class, or a kit with recipe book, tools and ingredients to make them at home! Or you could just do both!

Shanghai's ONLY Jianbing Cooking Class

After this 1.5 hour cooking class, you'll be making jianbing from the comfort of your own kitchen in a flash. This Chinese breakfast of champions is a tour favorite, and you'll be whipping them up like a pro with our recipe and secrets. 

We'll be using the O.G. Shandong-style recipe, with a few fun upgrades if you want to put your own spin on your jianbing (think Doritos for cuipi crunch - you'd be surprised!).

Jianbing Making Kit

Want to turn your favorite street food into homecooked brunch? The Jianbing Making Kit includes everything you need to make your own jianbing at home.

The kit includes:

-Jianbing griddle

-Jianbing making accoutrement, including: spatula, spreader, brush, and scraper

- Tried-and-true jianbing recipe

- Dry ingredients, including four types of flour & baking soda

- Sauces, including sweet bean paste & chili oil
