Ride 遊

说起岑宁儿，我是因为去年的《追光者》而注意她的，李宗盛曾经对她说了一句话：“你要知道你和音乐的关系是什么”，让她茅塞顿开，开始创作。

陈奕迅、林忆莲等等大咖都夸过她，我除了喜欢她爱自黑的爽朗，当然也喜欢这把疗愈系的好声音。

『创作过程是散步的时候旋律来了，然后词也来了，先有的是两句 high is no better than low, fast is no better than slow...好像心裡有个声音说，不用求高求快，不用怕低怕慢，就自己的节奏继续走，路就是一直走出来的，不知道前面有什麽，只有走下去才知道。--岑宁儿Yoyo Sham』
