The FutuRE Series
我们全新的FutuRE系列基于ULI最新的线上计划，延续了ULI的传统，即使用广受欢迎的网络研讨会，旨在帮助整个亚太地区的会员了解疫情时代房地产市场的发展情况。
该线上系列由来自亚太地区的著名投资者和从业者领导，将探讨五个不同的主题，每个主题由三个或四个独立的环节组成。这些活动将以50分钟线上论坛的形式呈现，其中包括现场直播的小组讨论环节，在线投票环节和问答环节。
FutuRE系列已于7月22日启动，将持续到2021年6月。

Changing lifestyles, misguided planning, and technological disruptions often create imbalances of demand and supply for certain property types, and building owners and investors, especially opportunistic fund managers, have been repurposing buildings to uses that provide higher returns.
The Forum will have speakers who have first-hand experiences as policy maker, architect, or investor. The Forum will include a tour of recently completed remodeling projects by MSREF and Kailong in the Laoximen area.
