评委会公布ULI亚太区卓越奖

决赛入围名单

来自亚太区知名行业领袖所组成的评委会宣布24名入围2022年亚太区卓越奖决赛的参选项目。该奖项旨在表彰公私房地产开发项目中最高标准的作品。 

今年评委会从亚太地区挑选了众多杰出开发项目，这些项目体现了其在土地利用方面的最佳实践。在今年的决赛入围名单中，入围项目大多来自中国。 

ULI亚太区团队祝贺入围决赛的参选项目。它们代表了ULI会员在其专业工作中所追求的开发标准。

Jury Announces ULI Asia Pacific Awards for Excellence Finalists

A jury of recognised industry leaders from across the Asia Pacific region have announced 24 finalists in the 2022 ULI Asia Pacific Awards for Excellence Competition. The awards recognise outstanding private or public-sector projects that reflect the highest standards of achievement in real estate development.

The jury made their selection from a number of remarkable projects submitted from around the region–developments that exemplify best practice in land use. This year, the country with the most shortlisted entries is China.

ULI Asia Pacific is delighted to congratulate the finalists. These projects represent development standards that ULI members deem worthy of attainment in their professional endeavours.
