宝箱活动上线

To C : "邀好友，开宝箱“活动上线，参与活动 100% 获得 ETH 奖励，每个宝箱内有 0.5 ETH ,需要好友解封，最小提现额度为 0.1 ETH。自活动正式上线到目前目前参与人数超过 10 万人。本次活动为期 20 天，将在 10 月 8 日结束。

To C : 币威钱包更新 2.4.1 版本，本次更新主要内容为：修复已知Bug、提升安全体验、优化短信登录、语音验证等。币威钱包繁体版本优化中，预计近期上线。

To C:钱包内独特体验游戏邀请奖励机制设计完成，进入前端设计对接阶段。
