如您孩子是公开组的小勇士，且对自己的出发时间不满意，我们将提供您调整出发时间的机会，您可关注斯巴达勇士赛官方微信【SpartanKidsRace】，点击页面下方功能键【赛事服务】-【出发时间】进行修改。
Open group racers are allowed to adjust start time if you are dissatisfied with the original time. Please follow Spartan official Wechat account (SpartanKidsRace), click [Event service]-[Start time] to adjust the time.
注NOTE：
-调整出发时间仅限公开组小勇士。调整出发时间的截止日期为：2019 年5月24日18:00。
Only open group racers are allowed to change the start time. The deadline is 18:00pm, 24th May, 2019.
-本场赛事的延期操作将于5月31日24:00结束。如果您需要延期，请在规定时间内进行操作。

【方式1/METHOD1】: 地铁 / SUBWAY
-东风北桥地铁站（14号线-东段）--距离赛场约3.3公里
-DONGFENGBEIQIAO Station( east section of subway line 14): About 3.3 km from the Race Venue.
-地铁朝阳公园站-D2西南出口-换乘431路公交-青年路北口站下车-向北步行0.8km左右-到达会场入口
-Taking subway to CHAOYANG PARK Station and get off from Exit D2. Then transfer No.431 bus to QING NIAN LU BEIKOU Station and walk about 800 meters to Race Venue.
-地铁青年路站-B口 东北口出-换乘494路公交车-将台洼站下车-步行0.8km左右-到达会场入口
-Taking subway to QINGNIANLU Station and get off from Exit B. Then transfer No.494 bus to JIANGTAIWA Station and walk about 800 meters Race Venue.

1)青年路北口公交站（431路、专114路）下车-步行0.8km左右到达会场入口
-Get off from QINGNIANLUBEIKOU station ( No.431 )- walk about 900meters to get to the race venue.
2)将台洼公交车站（494路、专114路）下车-步行0.8km左右到达会场入口
-Get off from JIANGTAIWA station(No. 494 / 专114 )-walk about 800 meters to get to the race venue.
3)姚家园北一路公交车站（494路、585路）下车-步行1.1km左右到达会场入口
-Get off from YAOJIAYUANBEIYILU station- walk about 1100 meters to get to the race venue.
4)姚家园西里公交站（431路、494路、585路）下车-步行1.1km左右到达会场入口
-Get off from YAOJIAYUANXILI station(No.431/No.494/No.585)-walk about 1100 meters to get to the race venue.
【方式3/METHOD3】: 自驾出行 / DRIVE
车位有限建议公共交通出行
Parking lot is limited, we suggest you to take public transportation.
GPS导航至朝阳区东风公园，赛场周边会有方向指示牌。
Using GPS to navigate to Dongfeng Park (Chaoyang District), the direction of signs will be around the park.

携带已签署的免责声明和注册证件（身份证/护照）
Bring the signed waiver and registration certificate (ID Card/ Passport)
参赛指南与免责声明将在赛前通过邮件和短信公布，请您留意的注册邮箱及手机短信，在邮件中点击下载查阅「参赛指南」，并下载打印签署「免责声明」，连同有效身份证明一同带往比赛场地。
The RACE GUIDE and WAVIER will be announced before the race by e-mail and SMS. Please pay attention to your email box and SMS, download and read this「Race Guide」carefully. Make sure to print and sign the waiver, and bring it to the race venue together with valid identification.
比赛服尽量包裹身体，减少裸露皮肤面积。
Long sleeves race clothes are recommended to protect your body.
一双防滑舒适的运动鞋；
A pair of comfortable and anti-slip shoes.
准备一身换洗的衣服及鞋袜；
Changing clothes, socks and shoes.
塑料袋若干（用于装脏衣服）；
Plastic bags (Pack dirty clothes).
毛巾（用于冲淋后擦干身体）；
Towels (dry your body after taking shower).
运动手套（防止某些障碍对手掌的磨损）；
Gloves (Protecting your hands).
一双拖鞋；
A pair of slippers
防蚊虫叮咬喷雾。
Anti-mosquito spray.
我们不建议您带孩子在赛事障碍搭建期间对比赛场地和障碍进行提前勘探和体验，对提前到场尝试造成或出现的任何问题，后果需要您自行承担。
For your and your child’s safety, it is not suggested that you and your child come to explore or experience the venue and obstacles ahead of time during the obstacle building period. Any problems arising from the early arrival shall be borne by yourself.
所有参赛儿童在进入赛场时需要至少一位监护人陪同。
Each participating kid must be accompanied by at least one guardian when entering the race venue.
比赛场地内不允许随意私自搭建帐篷和摊位。
No tents and booths are allowed in the venue.
不允许携带冷藏箱、玻璃瓶以及公安、安保部门明确规定的管制物品等，赛事将设置安检门和金属探测仪，以确保参与者未携带危险物品。
Refrigerator boxes, glass bottles and controlled items specified by the public security and security departments are not allowed to be carried. Security gates and metal detectors will be set up to ensure that participants do not carry dangerous goods.
如果您要使用移动摄像机或其他电子设备，请把您的姓名和联系方式贴在上面，如果在赛道上丢失了，这是我们帮您找到的唯一办法。
Please leave a sticker with your name and phone number on your camera or other electronic equipment. This is the ONLY way to find them if you lose your equipment on the course.

请您提前1小时到达比赛现场，确保您的孩子准时到达起点出发区。
Please arrive at the venue 1 hour in advance to ensure that your child arrives at the start area on time.
REGISTRATION
比赛日注册时间/ On-site Registration Time：
6月1日/1st June: 7:00am
第一步：带着签署的「免责声明」以及有效身份证明，前往“注册”帐篷。如果您没有「免责声明」，请前往“免责声明”帐篷获取。
Step 1: Bring signed「waiver」and valid identification to the “Registration” tent. If you have no 「waiver」, please go to Wavier tent.
第二步：此次比赛将在现场匹配参赛号码，现场任意“注册”帐篷都可进行注册，您可寻找排队较少的“注册”帐篷进行注册。
Step 2: The number of participants will be matched on the scene. You can register at any "registration" tent on the scene.
第三步：参赛者在“注册”帐篷递交「免责声明」和有效身份证明给工作人员，在获得参赛信封之前，工作人员将检查「免责声明」是否签署以及身份信息是否准确。
Step 3: Racers should hand in signed「waiver」and valid identification to the staff. Before obtaining the envelope, the staff will check whether the「waiver」is signed and whether the identification information is accurate.
第四步：注册成功，您将获得：

赛事号码信封；
Envelope containing Event No.;
带有您孩子比赛号码的斯巴达头带（即号码头带）；
Spartan headband with your kid’s event number (i.e. your number headband).
带有您孩子开赛时间的腕带，所有参赛小勇士必须在规定的时间开跑。这个腕带将作为您孩子进入起跑区的凭证，也将作为您孩子完赛后进入主会场的入场凭证，请全程穿戴；
A wristband with your kid's starting time. All the kids must run at the prescribed time. This wristband will be used as a certificate for your kid to enter the starting area, and also as a certificate for your kid to enter the main venue after the race. Please wear it all the way.
计时芯片及腕带，使用提供的腕带将芯片绑在手腕上；
Timing chip and wristband. Please use the wristband to tie the chip to the wrist.
参赛T恤。
Kid’s race T-shirt.
请您务必为孩子佩戴好号码头带，这将是您查找照片的凭证。请您将黄色的腕带穿过芯片系在孩子的手腕上，以确保您孩子获得完赛成绩。完赛后，请孩子务必将计时芯片交还终点处的工作人员。
Please make sure to let your kid wear the headband. This will be a voucher for you to find photos. Please loop the yellow wristband through the timing chip and attach it to your kid’s wrist to ensure that your kid gets the result. After the match, please ask your kid to return the timing chip to the staff at the finish line.
现场提供存包服务，如果您计划存包，请根据工作人员指引进行存包。存包处将在早上7:00左右开放并在最后一个参赛者取完包后关闭。
Luggage keeping service is provided on-site, please follow our staff’s instruction. Luggage keeping service will open at 7:00am until the last participant fetch his/her bag.
比赛现场赞助商与SPARTAN官方将提供各类商品及特许商品售卖，包括各式三色帽衫、三色T恤、手机壳等，欢迎选购。现场支持微信、支付宝及现金支付。
Our sponsors and Spartan will offer all kinds of merchandise and licensed goods for sale, including various clothes and phone cases. You can pay via WeChat, Alipay and cash.
比赛现场将提供的餐饮服务，您可进行现金或手机支付。
Food and drinks are available on site. You may pay by cash, Wechat or Alipay.
赛道沿途设有3个水站提供饮用水，终点有1个水站提供饮用水，赛事补给充足，参赛者也可以自行准备补给品。
3 water stations are along the course serving pure water. 1 water station is in the finish area. Supplies are abundant, and you can also bring your own supplies.
每一位勇士都将获得一份比赛当日的人身意外伤害保险。
Every participant will have the insurance for the race day.

完赛后，您的孩子将获得斯巴达勇士儿童赛完赛奖牌、完赛T恤、香蕉等完赛物品。请您孩子在完赛通过终点拱门后领取，并在领取后拍摄属于他/她自己的完赛照片。
Your kid will get Finisher Medal, Finisher T-shirt, banana, ect. After crossing the finish line, make sure your kid grab her/his finisher T-shirt, refuel with a banana and water, then have her/his finisher photo taken.
本场比赛有勇士冲淋区域，您可在完赛后享受冲淋服务，请携带换洗衣物以及毛巾。为保证全部参赛勇士都能享受到冲淋的服务， 请每位勇士将自己的冲淋时间控制在3分钟以内。为保证场地及水源不被污染，请勇士们不要使用任何化学沐浴产品，包括但不限于洗发液、洗面奶、沐浴液等。
Shower service is provided on-site, please bring your own towel and changing clothes. In order to ensure all members have the opportunity to take shower，please do not occupy the hose for more than 3 minutes. For the protection of the river and water source, please do not bring and use any chemical products, including shampoo, facial cleanser and bath foam, etc.
比赛设有专业的摄影团队来抓拍每个小勇士过障碍及完赛后的精彩瞬间。您可在官方微信平台（SpartanKidsRace）实时查询并下载您的小勇士的参赛照片。
Photographers will be settled along the course and the post-race victory photo tent. Please find and download your kid’s photos on Spartan Official Wechat Account (SpartanKidsRace).
如您在赛后想要查询您孩子的完赛时间，请至现场成绩帐篷处查询，或关注斯巴达勇士赛/儿童赛官方微信（SpartanKidsRace） ，在微信页面下方点击「成绩查询按钮」即可查询成绩。
If you want to know your kid’s result after the race, please check it on RESULT TENT or on the official Wechat （SpartanKidsRace）. You can click the "result query button" below the WeChat page to check the results.
