Note: Open group racers are allowed to adjust your start time if you are dissatisfied with the original time. Please follow spartan official Wechat account (SpartanRace), click 【赛事报名】-【出发时间】 to adjust your start time. The deadline for changing start time is 18:00pm on May 24th.

注：本场比赛的名额延期功能将于5月31日24:00关闭。如需延期，请及时进行调整。

NOTE：The DEFERRAL function for this event will be closed at 24:00 on May 31st. If you want to defer your race, please adjust in time.

抵达赛场/ARRIVAL

赛场地点/VENUE LOCATION：

西安湖   XI‘AN Lake

西安市未央区河堤路与草滩四路路口向西500米

500 meters west to  the  intersection of Caotan fourth road and Hedi road, Weiyang District, Xi'an, Shanxi, China. （复制链接👉http://j.map.baidu.com/_hfYG 打开查看具体地址）

地铁/SUBWAY

-乘地铁4号线至元朔路站D口出，组委会提供地铁站至比赛场地的往返接驳车服务。

Taking subway line 4 to Yuanshuolu Station and go out of Exit D. We will have shuttle bus to take you to the venue.

*开往航天新城方向首班车运营时间为6:02am，开往北客站方向首班车运营时间为7:01am，建议精英组选手尽早出发。

*The start time of the first subway to Hangtianxincheng is 6:02am and the start time of the first subway to Beikezhan is 7:01am. It is suggested that the elite racers get to the venue as soon as possible.

接驳车/SHUTTLE BUS：

6:30am – 17:30pm，每隔15分钟发一班车（往返相同），单程预计时间30分钟。建议参赛者至少在开赛前1小时30分乘坐接驳车。

6:30 – 17:30, Every 15 minutes, 30 minutes 1 trip. It is suggested that you take the shuttle bus 90 minutes before the race.

自驾/DRIVE

停车场收费标准：免费

Parking: FREE

自驾停车场（车位有限，建议公共交通出行）：  

GPS导航至“河堤路与草滩四路路口”，停车场设置在河堤路上，请出示报名成功短信，根据现场工作人员指引进行停车。

Parking lot for self-drive(Since the parking lot is limited, you are suggested to take public transportation to get to the venue):

Use GPS navigator to guide you to the intersection of Caotan fourth road and Hedi road. Then get to the parking lot following the field staff instructions and guidance boards. After getting out of the parking lot, walk to the Spartan Tribe.

携带物品/WHAT TO BRING

【参赛指南】和【免责声明】已通过邮件和短信的方式发送给参赛选手。各位选手请在赛前下载并签署【免责声明】，再连同有效身份证明（身份证/护照）一起带往场地即可。

The RACE GUIDE and WAVIER will be announced before the race by e-mail and SMS.Please pay attention to your email box and SMS, download and read this「Race Guide」carefully. Make sure to print and sign the waiver, and bring it to the race venue together with valid identification. 

装备及服饰/WHAT TO WEAR

比赛服尽量包裹身体，减少裸露皮肤面积。

Long sleeves race clothes are recommended to protect your body.

-一双防滑的比赛鞋；

A pair of comfortable and anti-slip shoes.

-准备一身换洗的衣服及鞋袜；

Changing clothes, socks and shoes. 

-塑料袋若干（用于装脏衣服）；

Plastic bags (Pack dirty clothes).

-毛巾（用于冲淋后擦干身体）；

Towels (dry your body after taking shower).

-运动手套（防止某些障碍对手掌的磨损）；

Gloves (Protecting your hands).

-一双拖鞋；

A pair of slippers. 

-防蚊虫叮咬喷雾。

Anti-mosquito spray.

注：比赛现场将提供安全的存包服务，但是我们建议您不要携带或佩戴贵重的金属配饰（项链、耳环、珠宝等），以免丢失。

Note:There will be secure luggage keeping service provided on the venue, but we suggest leaving valuable accessories at home (necklace, rings, jewelry, etc).

赛前说明/PRE-RACE DECLARATION

所有儿童在任何时候都需要有成年人陪同。当您在比赛时，儿童无人照顾，您将被请出赛道并要求离开。

ALL CHILDREN MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES. LEAVING YOUR CHILD UNATTEDED WHILE YOU AER RACING WILL RESULT IN BEING PULLED OFF THE COURSE AND ASKED TO LEAVE.

比赛场地内不允许随意私自搭建帐篷和展位。

No pop-up tents and booths are allowed in the venue.

不允许携带冷藏箱、玻璃瓶以及公安、安保部门明确规定的管制物品等，赛事将设置安检门和金属探测仪，以确保参与者未携带危险物品。

Refrigerator boxes, glass bottles and controlled items specified by the public security and security departments are not allowed to be carried. Security gates and metal detectors will be set up to ensure that participants do not carry dangerous goods.

如果您要使用移动摄像机或其他电子设备，请把您的姓名和联系方式贴在上面，如果在赛道上丢失了，这是我们帮您找到的唯一办法。

Please leave a sticker with your name and phone number on your camera or other electronic equipment. This is the ONLY way to find them if you lose your equipment on the course.

赛前请保证充足睡眠，认真对待斯巴达勇士赛。

赛事整体流程/RACE DAY SCHEDULE

现场注册流程/REGISTRATION

比赛日注册时间/ On-site Registration Time：

6月1日/1st June: 7:00am – 13:30pm

第一步：带着签署的「免责声明」以及有效身份证明，前往“注册”帐篷。如果您没有「免责声明」，请前往“免责声明”帐篷获取。

Step 1: Bring signed「waiver」and valid identification to the registration tent. If you have no 「waiver」, please go to Wavier tent.

第二步：此次比赛将在现场匹配参赛号码，现场任意“注册”帐篷都可进行注册，您可寻找排队较少的“注册”帐篷进行注册。

Step 2: The number of participants will be matched on the scene. You can register at any "registration" tent on the scene.

第三步：参赛者在“注册”帐篷递交「免责声明」和有效身份证明给工作人员，在获得参赛信封之前，工作人员将检查「免责声明」是否签署以及身份信息是否准确。

Step 3: Racers should hand in signed wavier and valid identification to the staff. Before obtaining the envelope, the staff will check whether the「waiver」is signed and whether the identification information is accurate.

第四步：注册成功，您将获得：

Step4: Once the Registration is completed, you will get:

赛事号码信封；

Envelope containing Event No.;

带有比赛号码的斯巴达头带（即号码头带）；

Spartan headband with your event number (i.e. your number headband).

带有您开赛时间的腕带，所有参赛者必须在规定的时间开跑。这个腕带将作为您进入起跑区的凭证，也将作为您完赛后进入主会场的入场凭证，请全程穿戴；

A wristband with your start time. All the racers must run at the prescribed time. This wristband will be used as a certificate for you to enter the starting area, and also as a certificate for you to enter the main venue after the race. Please wear it all the way. 

计时芯片，使用提供的腕带将芯片绑在手腕上；

Timing chip will be tied to the wristband. 

精英组、年龄段组还将获得专属腕带，比赛时请务必佩戴，以便于工作人员辨识

Special wristband for racers of elite group and age group. Please wear it during the race so that our staff can identify you.

头带及芯片/HEAD BAND&WRIST BAND

请您务必佩戴号码头带，这将是您查找照片的凭证。请您将黄色的腕带穿过芯片系在手腕上，以确保您获得完赛成绩。完赛后，请您务必将计时芯片交还终点处的工作人员。

Please make sure to wear the headband. This will be a voucher for you to find photos. Then loop the yellow wristband through the timing chip and attach it to your wrist to ensure that you get the result. After the race, you need to return the timing chip to the staff at the finish line.

观众观赛/SPECTATORS

观众免费入场，比赛当日会设置专属的观众入口。 

Admission is free for spectators. Exclusive spectator entry will be set up on on race day.  

携带儿童的观众或参赛者，请务必管理好自己的孩子。 

Please take care of your own kids if you take them to the race.

独特的观众视角可以看到部分障碍物通过情况，观众只允许在主会场内为您支持的勇士拍照，禁止进入赛道区域。

Spectators are only allowed to take photos for the athlete on the SPARTAN TRIBE, and prohibited from entering the course.

现场报名/ON-SITE REGISTRATION

注：比赛现场提供现场报名专属通道，报名价格以当日价格为准。

NOTE：Exclusive access for on-site application is provided. The registration price will be based on the price of the day.

特许商品/MERCH

比赛现场将赞助商与SPARTAN官方将提供的各类商品售卖，包括各式三色T恤，三色帽衫，奖牌陈列架、服装、手机壳等，欢迎选购。现场支持微信、支付宝及现金支付。

Our sponsors and Spartan will offer all kinds of merchandise and licensed goods for sale, including various clothes, medal display stand and cases for iphone. You can pay via WeChat, Alipay and Cash. Welcome to select! 

赛道补给/HYDRATION STATION

赛道沿途设有2个水站提供饮用水。

2 water stations are along the race course serving pure water.

终点设有1个水站提供饮用水，赛事补给充足，参赛者也可以自行准备补给品，但需全程携带通过障碍，且参赛者禁止在赛道途中接受除赛事方以外的第三方的补给。

1 water station is in the f inish area. Supplies are abundant, and you can also bring your own supplies. Racers are prohibited from accepting other supplies that not provided by organizer on the course.

参赛保险/PARTICIPATION INSURANCE

每一位选手都将获得参赛保险。详细保险信息请参考参赛指南。

Every racers will have participantion Insurance. Please check the Race Guide for more detail of insurance

成绩查询及照片下载/ PHOTO&RESULT

赛后选手可以去到现场成绩帐篷处查询成绩。也可以关注斯巴达勇士赛官方微信（ID：spartanracechina），在微信页面下方点击「照片成绩」按钮即可查询成绩。（成绩上传需要时间，如您未能及时查到成绩，请您在稍后进行尝试。）

If you want to know your result after the race, please check it on RESULT TENT or on the official Wechat (ID：spartanracechina). You can click the "照片成绩" below the WeChat page to check the results.（It takes time to upload results. If you fail to find the results in time, please try again later.）

比赛设有专业的摄影团队来抓拍每个人过障碍及完赛后的精彩瞬间。您可在官方微信平台凭借【号码查询】或【人脸识别】查询并下载自己的参赛照片。

Photographers will be settled along the course and the post-race victory photo tent. Please find and download your photos on Spartan Official Wechat Account (Wecht ID: SpartanRaceChina).

奖金&奖品 /PRIZE & AWARDS

精英组男女前三名将会获得奖品，颁奖仪式将在1日11:00左右举行。

Top three boys and girls athletes in the elite group of will be awarded trophy. Sprint Elite awarding ceremony will be held at about 11:00am on 1st.

完赛后，您将获得斯巴达勇士赛完赛奖牌、完赛T恤、香蕉等完赛物品。请您在完赛通过终点拱门后领取，并在领取后拍摄属于您的完赛照片。

You will get Finisher Medal, Finisher T-shirt, banana, ect. After crossing the finish line, make sure you grab your finisher T-shirt, refuel with a banana and water, then have your finisher photo taken.

中国大陆赛事：请出示您孩子报名时使用的身份证件

非大陆赛事：请出示您孩子的报名成功凭证及完赛凭证至主会场「三色帐篷」处领取。

Mainland China Races: Please show your Kid's ID that you used for registration to the staff.

Other Races: Please show evidence of your kid's successful registration and result information.

Please go to 「TRIFECTA TENT」to  collect your “trifecta medal”. 

注：一天跑三次不算做三场比赛，不能领取儿童三色奖牌；

NOTE: Running 3 times in one day will not count toward the completions of a KID’S TRIFECTA
