IM Motors delivers 1,937 LS7 SUVs in Mar. 2023

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- IM Motors, the premium electric vehicle (EV) maker backed by SAIC Motor, Alibaba Group, and Zhangjiang High-Tech, announced via its WeChat account it delivered 1,937 IM LS7 SUVs in Mar. 2023, but didn’t unveil the brand’s overall deliveries for the month.

Hitting the market on Feb. 10, the LS7 is the second production model of IM Motors. It comes with six trim levels, which are priced between 309,800 yuan and 459,800 yuan.

Positioned as a full-sized SUV, the IM LS7 measures 5,049mm long, 2,002mm wide, and 1,731/1,763/1,773mm tall, with a wheelbase that spans 3,060mm. The five-seater SUV has a spacious 1,030-mm headroom.

The six variants are evenly divided by RWD and AWD versions. The AWD version is powered by two electric motors that are good for a combined output of 425kW and 725N·m of peak torque, while the RWD’s motor can churn out up to 250kW and 475 N·m.

Regarding auto intelligence, the IM LS7 is equipped with NVIDIA’s OrinX intelligent driving chip, two LiDAR units, Qualcomm’s 8155 SoC, the AMOLED 2K interaction screen, etc.

In the aspect of software, the LS7 SUV is powered by the IM OS 2.0, IM Motor’s new-generation full-domain integrated intelligent and interactive operating system.
