NIO Capital invests in Meritech Integrated Circuits
Beijing (Gasgoo)- On June 14, Beijing-based chip supplier Meritech Integrated Circuits Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Meritech") announced the completion of its Series A financing round, with nearly 100 million yuan raised.
The funding round was co-led by NIO Capital and Hua Capital, with several automotive industry players participating, and existing investor Light Speed China Partners increasing its investment.

Established in 2021, Meritech is a Chinese high-performance analog and mixed-signal chip supplier for intelligent connected vehicles. The company focuses on the R&D of high-speed, high-performance analog-to-digital mixed-signal chains and interface products, including in-vehicle SerDes.
The founding team of Meritech comprises professionals from leading global analog semiconductor companies such as ADI, Maxim, and Marvell, bringing a wealth of experience and technical expertise in high-end analog and mixed-signal design fields, particularly in SerDes.
Over the past two years, Meritech has made continuous investments in domestic automotive signal chain chips and has achieved localization and initial commercialization of several high-end signal chain chips. The company aims to achieve mass production breakthroughs in chip products such as SerDes for the in-vehicle market.
It is revealed that Meritech's first-generation C-series products are expected to be launched at the end of this year. The product design meets automotive reliability requirements and satisfies clients' stringent demands for functional safety. Simultaneously, the products are designed to be user-friendly, allowing customers to shorten their development cycles to the maximum extent.
