医患英文对话 | 贫血

小白老师说：很抱歉公众号停更了两天。期末大考，老师大忙，感觉学生没挂老师倒要挂了，阅完卷真是有种死里逃生的感觉啊。Anyway，I survive. And I'm back! 今天带大家来学习一则医患英文对话，主题是贫血（anaemia）。录了音频（美音）方便大家模仿跟读。

Patient: I have been feeling weak recently. In the last few days it’s been getting worse. I don’t know what is the matter with me.

我最近觉得乏力，这几天加重了。我不知道出了什么问题。

Doctor: You look very pale. I’ll give you a thorough checkup.

你看起来很苍白。我给你详细检查一下。

Doctor: Now, first of all, I would like to have a detailed history. How long have you been feeling sick?

现在，首先我想知道你详细的病史。你病了多久了？

Patient: I’m not quite certain. I’ve been feeling fatigued( tired ) for a year or so.

我不能肯定。我感到疲乏已经有一年了。

贫血的症状

Doctor: Any other complaints? How is your appetite?

还有其他的不舒服吗？你的食欲怎么样？

Patient: My appetite’s all right. I just feel tired. My legs are so weak. Sometimes, I can’t even climb the stairs. Occasionally, I feel short of breath and giddy.

我的食欲还好。我只是感到疲劳。有时我的两腿特别无力，我甚至不能爬楼梯，有时我觉得气短和头晕。

Doctor: How are your periods? Are they very heavy?

你的月经怎么样？量很多吗？

Patient: Usually they last about a week. They seem heavy. Sometimes there are clots. During my period, I feel a lot of pain.

一般持续一周左右，量是有很多。有时有血块。在经期中我感到很痛。

Doctor: I want you to have a blood test now and I’ll wait for the result.

我希望你做个血液检查，我在这里等结果。

Later ...

Doctor: According to the blood test, you are suffering from an iron deficiency anaemia, probably due to your heavy periods.

根据血液检查，说明你得的是缺铁性贫血，可能和你的月经过多有关。

Patient: What should I do?

我该怎么办呢？

Doctor: I am going to prescribe some iron tablets for you, which should be taken after meals or they will spoil your appetite. Then I would like you to see a gynecologist. We’ll make an appointment for next Tuesday at 8:00 a.m.

我给你开一些补铁的片剂，请在饭后服用，否则会影响你的食欲。另外我觉得你应去妇科检查一下。我们给你约在下周二早晨 8 点钟。
