Steak Box Ordering Process

Step One: Open Mini Program
First scan the Wechat Mini Program QR code to open the Steak Box online store or .
Step Two: Steak ShoppingBrowse products and add items to shopping cart (1) or checkout directly (2)
Step Three: Delivery Address Details
Fill out address details in Chinese, name and phone number (Press the green button to autofill address details if saved in Wechat or gray button to manually add address)
Step Four: PaymentComplete your order and make the payment using Wechat pay. 
Customer ServiceAny problems throughout the process simply contact us through the mini program customer service function or directly on our Wechat Official account chat.

Steak Box FAQ

How long willl delivery take?When we receive your order we will prepare your Steak Box package and send within 48 hours. We ship by SF Air Express and the package will usually arrive the next day. The total time for delivery will usually be 3-4 days total.The express tracking will updated on the mini program in your profile once shipped.
How do you ensure freshness?All our steaks are vaccum packed, deep frozen and packaged in an insulated box with long-life ice packs to keep everything cold on it's way to you. Make sure you answer your phone when the SF delivery man calls and get your package as soon as possible on arrival.
How much do you charge for shipping?All our Steak Box packages include free SF Air Express delivery. There are no extra charges for packaging and shipping.
How can I check my order tracking?Once your order has shipped you can check your order status and tracking number within your profile on the Steak Box Wechat Mini Program.
How should I store my steaks?When you receive your Steak Box please open immediately and place the individual steaks into the freezer. Remove steaks from the freezer to defrost as needed. We recommend eating the steaks within three months of arrival.
Can I choose a delivery date/time?You are welcome to contact our customer service (through the mini program) to request a specific delivery day. While we will make our best efforts to have your package arrive on that day, we are unable to guarantee it.
