Joe Nice开始拍卖在厂牌底下发行的艺术家单独签署的唱片以用于慈善事业。“因为生活不仅仅是音乐,” Joe Nice解释道，“如果GourmetBeats能发行出好的音乐，但同时也能提供能帮助他人的社会公益事业，那就更好了。对我来说，这和创造一种优质的音乐作品一样重要！”

FREQ = F , Joe Nice = J
F：说到 Dubstep，人们一般都会想到音乐节上那躁动的音乐，与传统的 UK Dubstep 有着很大不同。请问 Dubstep 对于你来说意味着什么，以及你是怎样定义这些在同一个类型里却如此不同的音乐风格？
J：Dubstep 对于我来说就是 Bass 音乐的根基 —贝斯，律动，以及空间。Dubstep 的根源来自 Dub 和 Roots 音乐，最好的 Dubstep 应该拥有根源的感觉和味道。你能够在 Dubstep 音乐的声音里感受到同样的精神。
F: 你是如何爱上 Dubstep 这种音乐的？为什么要推广这种音乐？动力是什么？
J:这种声音一直伴随着我的成长。Dubstep 是一种文化，但在某些方面来说有点非主流。之所以非主流，是音乐它不像其他 Bass 音乐的分支类型或者其他其他类型的音乐。Dubstep 有着很深厚的文化底蕴，需要花时间去学习和理解才能够真正的乐在其中。我的动力来源于我的成长背景以及世界范围内的文化崛起。我想要更多的人感受到低频穿透身体的美妙感觉，当你第一次感受那种频率的振动，没有什么比这更美妙的了。当我能够创造这种能量和感动时，我就责任去传递这样的热情。
F: UK Dubstep 是一种很小众的音乐，甚至是在地下音乐当中。你觉得是什么原因造成了这样的局面？
J: 我觉得是因为现在制作新的音乐变得更加容易了，任何人都可以做音乐发布到 Soundcloud 和 Youtube 上。当做音乐变得简单了，音乐的水准和质量也在下降，最后任何有台电脑做音乐的人都能说自己音乐是一种新的音乐类型或者一种新的风格，还有说 “Future” 什么什么、“工业” 什么什么的..... 没错，我就是很讨厌这些名号，但这种现象确实存在。谁都能说这是什么，过多的信息，人们无法真了解真正的东西。建立一种新的音乐流派需要在保持 Bass 音乐标准的同时去赢得知名度，并且保持延续性。Dubstep 就是那个年代的产物。
F：一个好的 Sound System 对于 Dubstep 来说有多么重要？为什么？
J:至关重要的。Dubstep 源于 Dub 和 Roots 音乐，这两种音乐都是典型的 soundsystem 音乐。Dubstep 可以说是 Dub 和 Roots 音乐进化的产物，所以最明智的做法就是在拥有高质量低频的大音响系统下播放 Dubstep 音乐。

来自澳门的Dj Corrupt，近年受到友人影响参加Dubstep派对，深受启发并开始钻研混音技巧，Technics 黑胶唱盘和混音台成为了他的日常需要。

来自澳门的BUDBALL, 2014年于澳门与南中国低音文化先锋人物 N1D 创立了当地的低音团队"樂極生Bass (Ecstatic Bass Macau) ", 曾为Dubstep圈里的重要人物 Joe Nice, Goth Trad 和 Madam X 等策划巡演并随行暖场，活跃于国内外的地下音乐俱乐部, 定期于港澳及中国境内不同的城市以"樂極生Bass" 的名义策划低音派对, 推广低音运动及音响系统的文化。
他的风格从 Reggae, Dub, UK Bass, Grime, UK Garage, Dubstep 到 Juke, Footwork & Jungle，重型的鼓点加上鲜明的节奏，再配上低沉Bassline的冲击，完全地令每个Raver进入低音舞曲的深度体验，用Heavyweight来形容他的音乐能量最恰当不过。
