本土的 Drum&Bass 厂牌音乐听起来是什么样子? 5月11日来OIL寻找答案吧！由Mettasonic 带来 “Mettā Muzik, Vol 2”是慈声唱片第二张以亚洲制作人为特色的合辑， 这次他们将带来厂牌合辑发行派对！
《Mettā Muzik, Vol 2》
“Mettā Muzik, Vol 2”是慈声唱片第二张以亚洲制作人为特色的合辑，一半是本地艺人一半是外籍艺人。他们分别来自深圳、台北、香港、广州、东京；这次他们都将在DJ台上为你带来全新的视听体验！这张合辑风格涵盖techno、acid jungle、liquid rollers 和 halftime 等。(在OIL 的合辑首发派对中他们会带来100张限量版CD，以及于6月21日提供免费下载。)
What does a local drum & bass label sound like? Come find out on May 11th at Oil aswe release a new album! “Mettā Muzik, Vol 2” is the 2nd compilation on Mettāsonicfeaturing local bass music artists in Asia.
With artists from Shenzhen, Taipei, Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Tokyo, & Beijing, half arelocals and half are expats, and all bring something fresh to the table. The albumfeatures everything from Cantonese tech to acid jungle to liquid rollers to rudehalftime and more.
Initially released on a limited run of 100 CDs at Oil, it will be available for freedownload on the summer solstice (June 21st). The first compilation can also be foundfor free DL at www.mettasonic.com
Beatmaker Workshop
在主派对之前我们有一个由我们四位表演艺人带来如何在Ableton Live上作音乐的演示和建议的免费工作坊。9点-10点准点进行。
Kids are the future! Before the main event, we are holding a FREE production workshop. Four Mettā album artists will give advice on working in Ableton Live. Runs from 9-10pm sharp.

Mettāsonic：
Mettāsonic is China’s first dedicated drum & bass label, focused on local producersand quality jungle from around the world. Founded by DJ Quest, the label is the natural evolution of Fresh and Muzikbox, after pushing underground sounds in SouthChina since 2008. The progressive spirit of jungle music will always be present atMettāsonic. In line with the concept of mettā, 1/3 of label profits go to the needy.
KiTrust (OVDS)
参与乐团OVDS发行台湾首张Bass Music 电子专辑《HEARTBREAKRESISTANCE》，获Taipei Times评论推荐位2014台湾indie最佳专辑之一，并受邀前往美国SXSW与法国Kaloo Bang Festival，开展美国、台湾、日本、香港、欧洲、中国等地世界巡回。
KiTrust (OVDS)
Hailing from Taipei, KiTrust is producer and founding member of drum & basssupergroup OVDS. Playing together for 14 years and signed to bass music label Rokon,their album Heartbreak Resistance was recognized as one of the best Taiwanesealbums of 2014. They also released The Parallel EP to critical acclaim in 2016. Regularspinning at Korner both as a DJ, liveset artist, and with his band, he has also performedat SXSW, Kaloo Bang Festival, and toured around Japan, US, and Europe, HK, andChina.
Sushi Robot
Sushi Robot 是香港 Drum&Bass Live Set之王，由来自英国的键盘手和意大利的电子合成器音乐人用Ableton完成现场表演，自2007年以来他们就已经开展了合作。Sushi Robot不受电子音乐流派的约束，已经成为Cleen，Violent Jokes 等多个乐队和项目的成员。无论是 upfront Drum&Bass 还是 Hard Hitting House，这两位音乐人都知道如何用无可挑剔的超高能量来带动舞池。
Sushi Robot (Liveset)
Sushi Robot are, quite simply, the kings of live drum & bass in Hong Kong. Consistingof an Englishman on Ableton and an Italian on keys and synths, they have beenworking together since 2007. Not restricted to electronic music, they’ve been part ofmultiple bands and projects, including Cleen, Violent Jokes, The Projects, etc.Whether upfront drum & bass or hard hitting house, these two gentlemen know howto mash up a dancefloor with an impeccable high energy show.
Lyndon Jarr
来自悉尼现长期在亚洲和拥有140 BPM的 Drum & Bass 制作人，在00年代初，他通过和他的电台团队 Deep Beatz (BondiFM)去推崇 DNB 音乐和众多活动。他称香港为他的家乡，在那里他和 Unchained Asia 这个位于中国南部的团队制作了大量的音乐，和作为Unchained的推广人，在这块地方推广Bass音乐。
Lyndon Jarr：
Whilst now an established producer based in Asia, Jarr is originally from Sydneywhere he helped foster the DnB movement in the early 00's through his crew's radioshow Deep Beatz (BondiFM) and numerous events. He now calls Hong Kong hishome where he produces and forms part of Unchained Asia. Jarr’s first major release,"Play the Tape", with respected underground UK label Deep Heads became anovernight success and was followed by his dub-infused tune "Whiteboy" which leadthe charge on Soul Deep Recordings' 9th Unsung Heroes compilation. His latest EPon Brighton’s SmallPrint Recordings, provide a perfect example of his deeperatmospheric stylings. Look out for his forthcoming Dark Jazz EP on Bristol-based 140Ninja, and releases on Italy’s ground-breaking imprint - The Dreamers.
As a veteran DJ, and having played alongside the who’s who list of touringinternational artists for over a decade, his DJ style spans the full spectrum of Bassmusic – from both liquid and deep DnB to a wide variety of underground of UK Bassmusic styles spanning Dubstep, Basshouse and Garage. Then of course there are hislive electronic sets which continue to evolve - stretching from atmospheric andambient to proper festival jungle bizness.
Bilson Flewit
Billion Flewit (杨子冲) 来自广东广州，13岁就开始接触到DNB音乐，也用DNB融入到了自己的生活中。在一段漫长的时间后，于2013年开始关注不同流派的音乐，开始尝试Beat、Drum的初期制作；不久后正式开启了自己的DJ生涯并且开始音乐独立制作。他的节奏一般控制在140-170 BPM，其中还糅杂着各种类型的Dub、Jungle、Footwork音乐。而在他心目中根深蒂固的音乐还是Jungle和Dub。精益求精的选取与制作亦得到不少人的好评。深入、独立和自然是他对的音乐理念和见解，并将其套用到他自己的音乐中继续前进。这位年轻的Beatmaker在第一章慈声唱片和集中发行了单曲“Champ Track” 并且以此突出重围，他今年的EP也早已蓄势待发。
Bilson Flewit ：
This quiet bedroom producer from Guangzhou is, quite possibly, the best jungleproducer in China. Bilson came into contact with drum & bass at the age of 13, and itwasn’t long before he tried producing in 2013. Influenced by Moresounds,Astophonica, and Om Unit, his beats evoke the hallmark sounds of Jungle, Dub, andFootwork. With a natural grasp of production, this young beatmaker released his firstsong 'Champ Track' on and is poised to make a breakout, with his debut EP comingthis summer.
Improv Logic (MC)
Improv Logic 来自波特兰的俄勒冈州，他已经制作十多年的独立嘻哈音乐。在2006年发行了他的第一张专辑，并且在世界各地演出了他的原创音乐，与Grayskull和Macklemore等乐队演出。Improv Logic 具有广泛的音乐影响力，并以即兴发挥任意主题的freestyle能力而闻名。他常常通过在现场向观众取词或主题即兴Rap来创作并受人追捧，还刚发行了自己的新EP<Fermented Echo>。
Improv Logic (MC)
Improv Logic is from Portland, Oregon. He has been making independent hip hopmusic for over a decade, releasing his first album in 2006. He has performed hisoriginal music on many stages around the world, opening for acts such as Grayskulland Macklemore. He has a wide range of musical influences and is known for hisability to freestyle endlessly about any chosen subject, often drawing the crowd intothe creative process. He also just released a new EP 'Fermented Echo’.
DJ Quest
Quest 热爱收集黑胶唱片，打造声音系统、组织派对；钟情于各种形式的DNB音乐。除此之外，他还是慈声唱片的创始人。
Quest：
Quest likes collecting records, building soundsystems, throwing parties, and all formsof drum & bass. Among other things, he is the founder of Mettāsonic.
Lexi Lei
Lexi是来自湖南的平面设计师和插画师，同时也是“内裤少女”插画系列的创作者，所有的首发插画都在她的Instagram上发布（@meilaoban）。自从2015年初的脸部彩绘首秀后，Lexi已经成为深圳炙手可热的脸绘师。通过每天在素描本上的练习，近一年她把专注力放在了AI和PS数字绘画上。对于 Lexi来说艺术能帮她捕捉到只可意会不可言传的感受。Lexi是深圳一家drum&bass厂牌“慈声唱片”的官方艺术家。
Lexi Lei
Lexi Lei is a graphic artist from Hunan and creator of the series “Girl In Underwear”,which she publishes to Instagram (@meilaoban) on a regular basis. Since her firstface-painting gig in early 2015, she has been in high demand on the event circuit. Artenables her to capture the feelings she cannot express with words. She studied byherself and is the official artist for the new Shenzhen drum & bass record labelMettāsonic.
