BARE aims to connect people and remind us that we’re not alone.
Even though we know that there is much more going on in people's lives, it is sometimes hard for us to relate to each other. Bare is an opportunity to dig deeper, by sharing and listening to the behind-the-scenes we rarely have a chance to express.
Here are the people who inspired us and supported the launch of BARE.
Enoch Li - Bearapy
"Bearapy: Bear Therapy, using playfulness to inspire creativity and manage change.
Mission: Make the world more mentally healthy!
Based in Beijing, Enoch founded Bearapy after experiencing burnout and clinical depression. Her aim is to advise companies to incorporate executive mental wellbeing as part of corporate culture through a psychodynamic approach. She has worked with MNCs, government, and start-ups across Asia-Pacific and Europe, advising executives and entrepreneurs on internal change management and team dynamics.
Enoch’s unique approach blends the power of playfulness – creativity, innovation, stress management, and self-awareness – into her consulting and facilitation work, discerning the unconscious and emotional factors that affect corporate culture, workspace personalization, and hence mental health of executives.
