The Passage组建了一支跨国采编和研究团队，在中国北京、印度班加罗尔设有办公室，成员均有丰富媒体经历，中国团队曾服务于财新、南方周末等国内知名媒体。公司成立不到一年，已采访印度半数以上的独角兽，日渐成长为亚洲区域最亮眼的新媒体机构。

工作地点：印度 班加罗尔

实习时间：至少6个月

工作职责

• 采访印度创业者、投资人，或中国出海印度的创业公司和投资人，撰写中英文稿件

• 整理中国公司的资料，分析数据，为印度记者提供支持

• 协助社交媒体的运营

• 协助印度视频团队的工作

• 英文水平上佳，包括口头沟通、英文阅读和英文写作能力（提供雅思或托福成绩者优先）

• 最好有过媒体实习经历，包括但不限于纸媒、网站、视频等多媒体形式，或提供其它可以证明英文表达水平的材料

• 适应力强，最好有过接触英文环境的经历，能充分与当地同事和采访对象沟通，包括但不限于留学、短期出国、有外国朋友等

• 责任心强，做事有条理

Internship Recruitment in India

The Passage, a technology news website that focuses on South Asian startups tech firms, is looking for 2 interns.

For now, the Indian newsroom has Indian editors, journalists and Chinese journalist. The Indian team has rich experience in journalism and has a deep understanding of the Indian entrepreneurial ecosystem. Chinese journalist have previously had experience working for well-known domestic media such as Caixin.

Location: Bangalore, India.

Duration: at least 6 months

Job responsibilities

• Cooperate with India team for multimedia English reports--  news, web curation, and videos.

• Interview with Indian entrepreneurs, investors, Chinese startups and investors who go to India;
  

• Organizing data and data analysis of Chinese technology companies and other information on tech entrepreneurship ecosystem between China and India;

• Assist in the operation of social media accounts.

We are looking for someone who

• Excellent English, including verbal communication, English reading and English writing skills (providing IELTS or TOEFL scores is preferred);

• It is preferred to have media internship experience, including but not limited to newspaper, magazines, websites, video and other multimedia forms, or provide other materials that can prove the level of English expression;

• Adaptability: It is preferred to have English exposure, should be able to communicate with Indian colleagues and interview key people in the industry. It’s preferable if the person has either worked or studied abroad.

• Be responsible and organized.
