经过1个月的休整，本周五，北京团队将再度开启快闪店第二期！这次是接管好朋友“老梦面包CHEZ MOREL”晚餐时段。
除了上一期快闪的热卖菜，我们还将带来呼声很高的天贝红咖哩花园 Spicy Red Curry Tempeh Garden、宫保披萨 Gongbao Pizza 、度粒提拉米苏 DuLi Tiramisu、巴西莓果碗 Acai Berry Smoothie Bowl...... 共12道菜品。
老梦面包 CHEZ MOREL 是一家由法国面包师老梦 (Monsieur MOREL）和他的北京媳妇 Jenny创办，在北京开了8 年的纯正欧式面包店，第一家店开在三源里菜市场旁。老梦 16 岁学习面包制作，在法国经营面包店 20 年。品牌拥有法国和北京两地不同地域文化基因的融合，法式优雅、幽默+独特的北京质感，和DuLi度粒的混血基因异曲同工。
两个品牌都享受食物带来的香气，也共同热爱着大自然给予的馈赠：无论是小麦还是蔬菜。

本期快闪还有一位超级好友加入：金桔计划TheGingiProject。这是一个北京人和一个天津人于2020年创立的自然酒品牌，希望通过自然发酵和混合发酵的方式酿造好喝、有活力的酒。酿造过程努力做到零浪费。
快闪期间我们的酒精饮品全部来自金桔计划TheGingiProject 2024年的3款新酒：葡萄混酿苹果酒。
非酒精饮品由金桔计划TheGingiProject的“天津人”张凯特别呈现：使用老梦面包每日余料酿制的无酒精版格瓦斯。

3月8日（本周五），我们将举办一次别开生面的开幕派对，当天主厨特别制作3款纯素小食免费供应！金桔计划TheGingiProject 新酒首发自然酒68元/杯。20:30-21:30 还有DJ表演。

After a month of rest, the Beijing team will open the second pop-up store this Friday! This time, we will take over the dinner time of our good friend "CHEZ MOREL".
In addition to the hot dishes of the last pop-up, we will also bring the popular Spicy Red Curry Tempeh Garden, Gongbao Pizza, DuLi Tiramisu, Acai Berry Smoothie Bowl, a total of 12 dishes.
CHEZ MOREL is opened by a French baker Monsieur MOREL and his wife Jenny, which have been a pure European bakery in Beijing for 8 years. The first store was opened next to the Sanyuanli food market. Monsieur MOREL learned bread making at the age of 16 and ran a bakery in France for 20 years.The brand has the fusion of different regional cultural genes of France and Beijing. French elegance, humor and unique Beijing texture are similar to the hybrid gene of DuLi.
Both brands enjoy the aroma of food and share the love of the gifts of nature: whether it is wheat or vegetables.

This pop-up also welcomes a super friend joined: TheGingiProject. It is a natural wine brand founded by a Beijinger and a Tianjiner in 2020. They hope to brew good and energetic wine through natural fermentation and mixed fermentation. The brewing process strives to achieve zero waste.
During the pop-up, our alcoholic drinks are all from TheGingiProject 2024's 3 new wines: grape blended cider.
The non-alcoholic drinks are specially presented by Zhang Kai, "Tianjin man" of TheGingiProject: non-alcoholic version of Gewa made with daily leftovers of Laomeng Bread.

On March 8 (this Friday), we will hold a unique opening party, where the chef will make 3 vegan snacks for free! TheGingiProject's new wine launch: natural wine 68 yuan/cup. We will also arrange DJ performance 20:30-21:30.
That's not all, our party's support partner, Wanto Photo Studio, will set up an "AI photo studio" on the site and specially generate an AI photo template: Hannibal's vegetarian feast. Want to know what Hannibal, who eats meat without blinking, looks like when he is vegetarian? It's more fun to change your own profile picture after this party.
