【职位描述】

• 负责部门招聘数据的日常维护、核查及统计；

• 协助上级完成数据可视化工作与数据分析报告；

• 协助上级实施相关招聘项目的宣传工作；

• 协助上级实施相关人才招募，费用报销等；

• 完成上级交代的其他任务

• 补贴标准: 提供有竞争力的实习补贴；

【职位要求】

• 本科及以上学历；

• 对数字敏感，逻辑思维能力强、条理性强，细心耐心，分析总结能力强；

• 有数据处理、统计学、美学背景优先考虑；

• 熟练操作EXCEL（常规函数、数据透视表、图标制作等），可以用PPT撰写分析报告；

• 能尽快入职并至少3个月实习期（公司实行双休制）
