华夏之心综合体位于杭州余杭区的未来科技城，它涵盖了商业街区、星级酒店、高级写字楼以及公寓住宅等多元化功能。麓岩环境的设计团队希望以未来真实的生活体验为切入点，突破由陈词滥调般的传统体验所成的模式壁垒，以崭新的生活理念创造动人的消费文化场景。
Huaxia center is located in the Future Science Town of
Yuhang District, Hangzhou and covers diversified functions such as commercial
blocks, hotels, high-end office buildings and residences, etc. The design team
of LU+O hopes to start from what life will become in the future, break down the
modal barrier created by the clichéd “traditional” experience and create an
appealing scene with new life concepts centered on the consumer culture.
沉浸式的时间消费
首层平面图
我们尝试融合物质消费、精神消费、文化消费，和娱乐消费，将商业模式中的单一要素转化成复合型的要素，形成一种全新的消费场景。环境作为最终实现多维度融合的外部载体需要从环境与商业要素的“粘合度”以及具有“时效性”的情景营造这两方面进行研究和探索。
We try to integrate material, spiritual, cultural and entertainment consumption, transform a single element in the business model into a composite one to form a brand-new consumption scene. The environment, as an external carrier that eventually realizes multi-dimensional integration, needs to be researched and explored from two aspects: "Cohesion" between the environment and commercial elements and "Timeliness" of the scenarios created.
商业街与购物中心不再是消费者的消费平台，而是为他们提供有趣、便捷、多样服务的第三生活空间。随着消费行为与场所的关系日益紧密，环境设计的意义变得更加清晰可见：唤醒场所的生命力，让消费者对于环境的情感从最初的关注与探索逐步发展成认同与依赖。
项目中的五个具有粘合度的场景模块拥有不同的表情和形态。它们主动的依存在于生活场景中并且希望被关注、被感知、被探索、被认同、被依赖。
Commercial streets and shopping centers are no longer consumer platforms, but a third living space that provides interesting, convenient and diverse services. With the increasingly close relationship between consumer behavior and the place of consumption, the meaning of environmental design has been put more firmly under the spotlight: to awaken the vitality of the scene, allow consumers to gradually develop their feelings for the environment, from the initial attention and exploration to recognition and dependence.
步入微热的雨林，
想不到却遇见了不一样的自己。
雨谷花园位于商业街区东侧的入口。都市中的峡谷和热带雨林的具有独特的符号感和微度假的心理暗示，巨型玻璃雨棚下的山谷造型的花坛与热带树林组成的风景线不断吸引着路人的目光，自然而然的令人于脑海中产生了步入其中一探究竟的期待。

Rain Valley Garden is located at the east entrance of the retail street. The valley and tropical rain forest in the city create a unique sense of symbolism and psychological hint of micro-vacation. The valley-shaped flower beds and tropical forests under the giant glass canopy continue to attract the attention of the passers-by and in whom the anticipation of exploration can be created.

有的时候，
被遗忘着也是一种美好。
作为商业热区，它希望被充分关注。恰恰相反，我们尝试设计一部分被往来行人遗忘的精神避难所，让周围的工作者非常便捷的找到这些地方。这些形似岛链的绿色小空间打破了内部街道无趣的线性布局，两侧的商店将拥有更多的“领域感”，与此同时，悄悄的在它们之间按下暂停键，并且赋予它们多样的休憩功能。访问者可以非常便捷的找到“治愈精神的小岛”，从日常压力中解脱出来。

我们都是美食博主，
很高兴在周末闲暇时光遇见你们。
在这里，分享美食，分享时光，分享生活的幸福感。
商业街区内的体验空间需要多元化的功能属性。“周末共享厨房”的概念跳出了室内的空间界限和只有家庭及亲友参与事件的活动范畴，以此吸引附近社区的家庭成员利用周末时光走出室外，利用共享平台寻找新鲜的生活话题，结交新的朋友。平日的交流区亦可成为年轻人的最佳约会地。

The experience space in the retail street needs diversified functions. The concept of "shared kitchen on weekends" breaks through the indoor space boundaries and the scope of activities participated only by families or friends, so as to attract family members in nearby communities to use the weekend time to go outdoors, using the shared platform to find fresh life topics and make new friends. The exchange area on weekdays can also act as the best dating space for the young people.
共享料理区既是各个家庭户外就餐的场所同时也是年轻人交流的平台
城市的节奏，快慢有序。
在转角，那里有一颗跳动的城市城市之心。
街区转角的设计尝试摒弃一成不变的标题感和夸张的造型语言，取而代之的是艺术家们的灵感。毕加索创造的立体主义Cubism：寻找源自生活的主题，通过大量分析性观察，将其结构。存在与未知与现实之间的城市之心不分时段的与访问者擦肩而过，可以靠近它，并且充满好奇的走进去，也可以从不同角度欣赏它，这应该足够了。

The corner design of the street tries to abandon the immutable sense of title and exaggerated modeling language, and replace it with the inspiration of artists. For example, Cubism created by Picasso: to look for themes from life and restructure them through analytical observations. The heart of the city between the unknown and reality passes by the visitors at all times. You can get close to and walk in it with curiosity. You can also appreciate it from different angles. That should be enough.

无论从哪一处走入商业街区都会经过中庭的“自由邂逅”图书馆。蜿蜒的阶梯围合出不同大小的邂逅空间。带有曲度的空间减缓了行进的时间流速，多层次的阶梯为不同目的的行人提供了停留的契机。我们判断这个区域未来将为整个项目提供活力和能量，因此尝试用充满邂逅感的设计来吸引人流，并为这里成为不同特征的生活舞台而创造条件。

杭州康得思酒店

HOTEL & RESORTS
作为朗廷旗下全球第六家CORDIS酒店选址于杭州华夏之心。酒店的整体环境设计由世界知名设计公司HBA和麓岩环境LU+O联手打造。
「康得思」在拉丁文里解作「心」。品牌自于香港诞生之日起，便以发自内心的诚挚服务，为住客营造奢华而有亲和力的入住氛围。酒店的环境设计亦是从「心」开始，跳脱出品牌酒店一成不变的固有模式，尝试将年轻化的前沿艺术元素和创新服务理念融入环境设计之中。
"Cordis" means "heart" in Latin. Since its
birth in Hong Kong, the brand has been known for a luxurious and friendly
atmosphere for guests with sincere service from the heart. The hotel's
environmental design also starts from the "heart", breaking away from
the immutable inherent model of brand hotels, and trying to incorporate young
and cutting-edge artistic elements and innovative service concepts into the
environmental design.
