如一片巨大树叶轻盈地飘落于细长的立柱之上,与自然为邻;

漫步其中,金属框架,混凝土楼板,工业风满满;

玻璃幕墙将四季美景引入建筑,自然清新。

Like a huge leaf lightly floating down on top of the slender columns, it is neighboring nature;

Walking through it, metal frame, concrete floor slab, the area is full of industrial style;

The glass curtain wall introduces the beauty of the four seasons into the building, which is fresh and natural.




这是Nice集团巴西新总部,以创新和可持续发展为引领,打造的智能工业综合体

Nice是一家意大利跨国企业,专注于建筑管理与安全、楼宇自动化和智能家居解决方案。

This is the new headquarters of Nice Group in Brazil, a smart industrial complex led by innovation and sustainability.

Nice is an Italian multinational company specializing in building management and security, building automation, and smart home solutions.



MCA的设计旨在通过与周围环境和社区进行对话来重新诠释可持续工业建筑的概念,结合被动和主动措施来减少能源使用,提升建筑效率和工作生活品质

建筑遵循 LEED金奖认证标准,成为推动巴西建筑可持续发展的标杆

MCA's design aims to reinterpret the concept of sustainable industrial buildings by engaging in a dialog with the surrounding environment and community, combining passive and active measures to reduce energy use and improve building efficiency and quality of work life.

The building complies with LEED Gold certification standards and serves as a benchmark for sustainable building development in Brazil.






与自然共生  工业综合体
设计试图彻底转变人们对传统工业空间的认知,以最大的开放性和渗透性取代封闭、紧凑结构的刻板印象,对话当地社会和人文环境;通过与周围景观互动,重新诠释巴西传统建筑元素并鼓励用户利用其所有被动节能措施,在建筑空间与自然之间建立共生关系。

The design attempts to revolutionize the perception of traditional industrial spaces, replacing the stereotype of closed, compact structures with maximum openness and permeability, dialoguing with the local environment; reinterpreting traditional Brazilian architectural elements, and encouraging the user to take advantage of all its passive energy-saving measures by interacting with the surrounding landscape, creating a symbiotic relationship between the architectural space and nature.




   建筑空间
建筑整合了企业办公、展厅、工厂和员工生活配套等功能。主立面采用玻璃幕墙,拥有充足的自然采光。内部包含工业生产区、两层办公室、公共区域、培训空间、展厅和花园中庭。通过面向中庭的大幅落地玻璃,来访者可见证有序的生产流程,如同一个开放的工厂展示

The building integrates the functions of office, showroom, factory and staff living support. The main façade has a glass curtain wall and is flooded with natural light. The interior consists of industrial production areas, two floors of offices, public areas, training spaces, a showroom and a garden atrium. Through the large floor-to-ceiling glass facing the atrium, visitors can witness the orderly production process, like an open factory display.


设计打造一个大型的森林花园,与附近Escorpião infestação公园相连接。建筑北部呈“U”形环抱花园室内外有机渗透模糊了建筑和景观的边界感。大片绿植和灌木,将自然和四季变换引入室内。宜人的景观环境,也消减了玻璃幕墙可能造成的光污染。使用者欣赏风景的同时亦为“景中人”。

The design creates a large forest garden that connects to the nearby Escorpião infestação park. The 'U' shape of the northern part of the building encircles the garden, blurring the boundaries between the building and the landscape through organic permeability between indoors and outdoors. The extensive greenery and shrubs bring nature and the changing seasons into the interior. The pleasant landscape environment also reduces the light pollution caused by the glass curtain wall. Users can enjoy the scenery and at the same time become "people in the scenery".



穿过环绕花园的空中走廊,通向建筑的延伸,该部分是员工生活配套区域。包括健身房多功能活动空间和一个户外厨房,用于制作巴西传统的Churrasco 烤肉。

A skywalk around the gardens leads to an extension of the building that houses the staff amenity area. This includes a gymnasium, multi-purpose event space and an outdoor kitchen for preparing traditional Brazilian Churrasco barbecue.






   标志性屋顶

悬挑的屋顶灵感来源于热带植物的树叶,其形态不仅具有高度可识别性,也是重要的被动式环境控制装置

在一年中最炎热的月份,悬挑的屋顶可保护外立面免受太阳直射减少将近47%的辐射避免墙面过热的风险。同时使内部空间都能获得散射自然光

Inspired by the foliage of tropical plants, the overhanging roof's form is not only highly recognizable but also an important passive environmental control device.

During the hottest months of the year, the overhanging roof protects the facade from direct sunlight, reducing radiation by almost 47% and avoiding the risk of overheating the walls. It also allows diffused natural light to reach all interior spaces.



作为建筑的第五立面,屋顶将自然光引入室内和中庭空间,不仅提高了视觉舒适度,还激活了内外的视觉联系

作为室外气候缓和装置的屋顶,通过创造过渡性灰空间来调节室内外的微气候,达到人体最佳热舒适度
As the fifth façade of the building, the roof brings natural light into the interior and atrium spaces, which not only improves visual comfort but also activates the visual connection between inside and outside.

As an outdoor climate moderator, the roof regulates the indoor-outdoor microclimate by creating transitional gray space for optimal human thermal comfort.





工业4.0  智能工厂

该工业综合体除了作为Nice集团巴西新总部外,还内设一个国际研发中心。这座 20000 平方米的建筑是在工业4.0 原则引导下设计的智能工厂代表是可持续工业建筑的范本

工业 4.0 将联网、云计算、网络物理系统(CPS)和认知计算应用于制造和服务环境,提供优异的工作条件,创造可持续的商业模式提高工厂的效率和生产质量
The industrial complex houses an international research and development center in addition to the new headquarters of the Nice Brazil. The 20,000 square meter building represents a smart factory designed under the principles of Industry 4.0 and is a model for sustainable industrial architecture.
Industry 4.0 applies the Internet of Things (IoT), Cloud Computing, Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS) and Cognitive Computing to manufacturing and service environments, providing superior working conditions, creating sustainable business models, and improving the efficiency and quality of production in factories.



 



赋予建筑以生命,使其真正与环境、自然对话,这一点越来越重要。

在过去的几个世纪里,这种关系被认为是最基本的,却被我们逐渐忽视了。

我相信,Nice可以成为这方面的典范:协调与周边环境的关系,对话自然,最大程度减少对环境的影响。

It is more and more important to be able to give life to architecture that is genuinely in dialogue with the context, with nature. That relationship was considered fundamental in past centuries, but we have gradually come to neglect it. I believe Nice can stand as a virtuous example in that sense: an architecture which, thanks to being in close harmony with the natural elements of its surrounding territory, minimises the impact on the environment.

   零碳策略


Nice集团巴西新总部的建设,遵循在所有活动(包括建筑管理、人员流动和产品开发)中提高能源效率和环保意识的具体指导方针,符合集团在全球范围内实行的能源政策。

事实上,从 2021 年对公司碳足迹的研究开始,Nice就制定了明确的可持续发展计划。到 2025 年减少50%碳排放量,到 2030 年实现零碳排放的目标。计划清晰的勾勒出了减排轨迹,与将全球变暖控制在2°C 以下的国际目标同步。

The construction of the Nice Brazil headquarters follows specific guidelines for energy efficiency and environmental awareness in all its activities, including building management, personnel mobility and product development, in line with the Group's energy policy, which is applied globally.

Indeed, starting with a study of the company's carbon footprint in 2021, Nice has set out a clear sustainability plan. A 50% reduction in carbon emissions by 2025 and a goal of zero carbon emissions by 2030. The plan clearly outlines a trajectory of emission reductions, synchronized with the international goal of keeping global warming below 2°C.

设计始终围绕当地的气候环境,是一个真正的综合性生物气候建筑。利用有利的气候条件,最大限度地与所处环境互动结合主动和被动节能措施,应用可再生能源,使建筑在一年中的某些时段,无需依靠城市电网也可独立运行实现节能减排

得益于建筑物热质量自然通风各种被动系统的结合,实现了高标准的舒适度,使得生产区无需主动供暖或制冷。同时, 屋顶和可开启式立面,既避免了阳光直射,又满足了室内照明和自然通风需求,整座建筑一年中约有三分之二的时间都能享受自然通风

The design is always centered around the local climate environment, making it a truly integrated bioclimatic building. Taking advantage of the favorable climatic conditions, maximizing interaction with the environment in which it is located, combining active and passive energy-saving measures, and applying renewable energy sources, the building can be operated independently without having to rely on the city's power grid at certain times of the year, achieving energy savings and emission reductions.
A high standard of comfort is achieved thanks to the combination of the building's thermal mass, natural ventilation and a variety of passive systems that eliminate the need for active heating or cooling of production areas. At the same time, the roof and the openable façade avoid direct sunlight while meeting the needs for indoor lighting and natural ventilation, which the entire building enjoys for about two-thirds of the year.



   景观设计

在建筑与周围环境互动的同时,景观设计通过对热带巴西塞拉多生物群落(Bioma Cerrado),从草原热带稀树草原和森林地貌的趣味诠释,完善了建筑与当地植物的关系。

景观设计不仅为整个区域的生物多样性增添了价值,还以生态池塘和洼地景观的打造,减少了雨水径流,将其引入地下水箱进行收集、储存、净化和再利用

While the building interacts with its surroundings, the landscape design refines the relationship between the building and the local flora through an interesting interpretation of the tropical Brazilian Bioma Cerrado, ranging from grasslands to savannah and forest landscapes.

The landscape design not only adds value to the biodiversity of the entire area, but also reduces rainwater runoff with the creation of ecological ponds and depressions landscaping into underground tanks for collection, storage, purification and reuse.
