有­效地改善中国现代城市千城一面的现况，是我们参加本次竞赛的初衷。当今大多数城市中心，生命个体很容易被钢筋混凝的城市壁垒所孤立。在“开放，连接，停留，生态”的主题下，设计团队重新定义了城市基础设施和城市布局，柔化城市边界，强调城市公共空间的山水属性，让人与人，人与城市，人与环境更好的联系在一起。我们试图通过构建一个有历史传承的，生态，可持续性，科技智能，能满足未来办公需求的，充满乐趣的未来办公城市系统，来表达我们对未来中国城市发展的一种展望。

It is our original intention to participate in this competition to effectively improve the status quo of one side of China's modern cities. In most urban centers today, individuals are easily isolated by the concrete walls of the city. Under the theme "Open, connected, staying, ecological" , the design team redefined the urban infrastructure and urban layout, softened the urban boundaries, and emphasized the landscape nature of urban public space, making people, people and cities, people are better connected to their environment. We are trying to express our vision for the future development of Chinese cities by constructing a future office city system with historical heritage, ecology, sustainability, technological intelligence, which can meet the future office demand and is full of fun.

传承

Tradition

中国的文化百花齐放，各具特色，非要取其中最具代表性的符号作为设计的语言，实在难以抉择，也不公平。我们的设计摈弃了符号堆叠和形式模仿的方式，不在符号和形式上去传承文脉，而是希望在精神上传承中国传统山水人居，以“聚”为价值核心的空间意境和情感。

以中国传统山水画中描绘的高山，丘陵和湖泊为原型，设计了一系列办公楼和公共空间的综合体。这些塔楼融合了城市与自然，历史与未来，建筑与景观，具有阶梯状的体量和空中花园的摩天大楼借用了自然岩层的灵感。裙房和路径描述了“在山林间游荡”的景象。在裙房之上，可以看到以山脊和山谷为灵感而设计的外部玻璃幕墙的形状，就好像自然的侵蚀力将塔楼侵蚀成较小的体量，直到地面。

The complex of skyscrapers, office blocks and public spaces modelled on the mountains, hills and lakes depicted in traditional Chinese landscape paintings. The towers will create a synthesis of city and nature, of history and future, of building and landscape, of culture, leisure and knowledge. The skyscrapers with stepped volumes and sky-gardens are intended to reference images of rock formations. Whereas the podium and the passages depict "the freedom of wandering through a mountain forest". On the podium, the ridges and valleys define the shape of the exterior glass facade, as if the natural forces of erosion wore down the tower into smaller volumes. Flowing down to ground level.

通过将中国古典山水画的特征转变为现代的“城市景观”，设计的城市空间在高密度的城市和自然景观之间取得了平衡。建筑物的形式呼应自然景观中的事物，并将自然重新引入城市。该建筑群不仅可以欣赏到城市的壮丽景色，而且还将极大地影响雄安市的天际线。

By transforming the characteristics of Chinese classical landscape painting into modern "urban landscape" , the designed urban space strikes a balance between the high density of the city and the natural landscape. Buildings should be in the form of things in the natural landscape and reintroduce nature into the city. The complex will not only offer spectacular views of the city, but will also significantly affect the xiongan skyline.

在塔楼的顶部，包含了多层公共露台，人们可以在这里眺望整个城市，并俯瞰由较低建筑物创造的山谷景象。这些建筑延续了“空中庭院”的概念，并为居住在这里的所有人提供了仿佛在山林间漫步的自由。通过探索现代城市建筑与自然环境之间的共生关系，将重振城市生活与自然之间的和谐共存。

At the top of the tower, there is a multi-storey public terrace that overlooks the city and the valley created by the lower buildings. These buildings continue the concept of "Air Court" and provide freedom for all who live here as if walking among the mountains. By exploring the symbiotic relationship between modern urban architecture and natural environment, the harmonious coexistence between urban life and nature will be revived.

Ecology

规划中的中央绿核是设计思考的原点。绿核，相互渗透的庭院，叠退的建筑绿顶，三种空间要素层层递进，相互迭代，共同构建了一个绿色的山谷。山谷里，绿色覆盖了钢筋混凝土冰冷的壁垒，改善了城市空间的微气候，让人走出室内，走进自然。

The central green core in the planning is the origin of design thinking. The green core, the interpenetrating courtyard, the folded back green roof of the building, and the three spatial elements step by step, iterating each other, together building a Green Valley. In the valley, the green covered the steel concrete ice-cold barrier, has improved the city space micro-climate, let the human go out the indoor, walks into the nature.

亲人的建筑尺度，建筑设计更关注人的尺度，从中国村落布局寻找灵感，建筑裙楼由小的办公空间堆叠而成，同时充分考虑了垂直庭院的联系贯通。高密度的塔楼作为公园中的雕塑而位于景观中，柔化天际线。同时大的屋顶平台和空中花园，将城市景观进一步渗透到建筑之中。

In addition also the human scale and playful commercial area with its eminent presence on focused public landscape makes the peoples experiences and daily lives. With users being the focal point, we introduced a raised ground floor (platform) at level connect the larger volume of towers.

可持续性

Sustainable

该设计致力于实施一系列对未来城市环境的创新，以适应不断更新的，更可持续的人类社会。也就是说，我们的设计目标正朝着发展循环经济，并应对气候，能源和交通的挑战。从而探索出了一系列干预措施，如高科技模块化的建筑，光伏立面，到更为实际的低技术干预措施。后者是对未来城市绿化最好的范例，城市绿化不仅仅是为城市带来美丽的景色，而且可以改善未来的雄安的城市质量，居民健康状况和城市中的生物多样性。

The design focuses on implementing a series of futuristic innovations in the urban environment that fit with a new, more sustainable era of human society. That is, ‘the FORUM’ is taking a leap towards shaping a circular economy and responds to the challenges of climate, energy and mobility. A large range of interventions is explored: from high-tech modular construction and kinetic PV facades to low-tech interventions with real nature. The best example of the latter is the introduction of urban-green that is not only beautiful, but also enhances the quality of life, health and biodiversity of the Xiong’an future city.

科技智能

Intelligence

在未来，智能科技技术会广泛运用到我们的日常生活之中。为了让我们的设计能与未来的生活相匹配，我将一系列的智能科技技术融入到了设计之中。在塔楼的顶部，我们设置了货运无人机的停机坪。设计最大的亮点在于我们提出的智能环的概念，这座由光伏太阳能板打造的“自供给”构筑物，融入了5G 科技，全息投影技术，增强现实及体感感应等一系列新兴技术，让未来不再遥远，触手可及。 

In the future, intelligent technology will be widely used in our daily life. In order to match our design with our life in the future, I integrated a series of intelligent technology into the design. At the top of the tower, we set up a landing pad for a cargo drone. The highlight of the design is the concept of the smart ring, a "self-sustaining" structure built from photovoltaic solar panels, incorporating 5G technology, holographic projection, augmented reality and motion sensing, among other emerging technologies, so that the future is not so far away and within reach.

未来办公

Future office

基于5G 移动互联迅猛发展的趋势，我们定义了“共享办公”，“居家办公”，“生态办公”的未来办公模式。不同尺度的办公建筑围绕着庭院布置。小尺度的独栋办公，是“居家型”的工作室。较大尺度的建筑，采用9×9 的标准模数，可以根据不同的使用需求灵活划分空间。每个办公组团都设置有共享服务终端，人们可以在此共享各种设备及讯息。规划中的中央绿核是设计思考的原点。绿核，相互渗透的庭院，叠退的建筑绿顶，三种空间要素层层递进，相互迭代，共同构建了一个绿色的山谷。山谷里，绿色覆盖了钢筋混凝土冰冷的壁垒，改善了城市空间的微气候，让人走出室内，走进自然。

Based on the development trend of 5G mobile Internet, we define the future office mode of "Sharing Office" , "Home Office" and "Ecological Office" . Office buildings of different sizes are arranged around courtyards. Small-scale single-family office, is the "home-style" studio. Larger scale buildings, using 99 Standard Modulus, can be flexible according to the different use of space requirements. Each office group has a shared service terminal where people can share devices and information. The central green core in the planning is the origin of design thinking.
