破碎的与周正的：未来中国政治思想史导论
2021年5月初的时候，我在系统里提交了博士论文。伯克利历史系并不举行答辩，委员会的老师们都已经签字。我想大概是毕业了，也许还在更早的时候。
我心中还有许多想追索的东西。在过去的许多年里，是这样一种感觉在不断重现。面对一件史料，我的、过往的全部认识在这一刻分崩离析——哗啦啦地碎了一地。这些瞬间让我想写一些什么。于是，过去的一年半里断断续续写了一些论文。
起初并没有计划。想到哪篇，就写哪篇——写不下去了，就换一篇试试。如果说有一种一以贯之的思路，那似乎是一种关于“我”的阐释学的实践。我想知道我的、对过往的认识是如何形成的——我如何是已有的知识生产中的产物？我的这些认识如何在某一刻土崩瓦解——这些或寻常的、或稀见的史料如何对我产生了一种颠覆的力量？最终，透过那破碎了的种种，我看到了什么？
投给了一个个的期刊，承蒙不弃，它们渐渐具有了一种周正的样子。这样也好。一切周正的东西，都会有土崩瓦解的一天——在我的、或其他人的心中。把这些论文放在一起之后，似乎也呈现出一种整体的感觉。按照以下顺序排列，这大概是我的《未来中国政治思想史导论》。不知道会不会有以这样的方式问世的一天。
