我们知道人会有压力、会感到疲惫;我们也知道职场心理健康对心理弹性、生产力和公司经营情况很重要。其实许多公司都有心理健康计划,而且诸多会议和报告都显示了员工心理健康的重要性——我们不能再忽视心理健康了。

People are stressed, we know. People are burnt out, we know. Workplace mental health important for resilience, productivity, and companies' bottomline – we also know. Indeed, many companies have mental wellbeing initiatives and many conferences and reports show the significance of employee wellbeing. Mental health is no longer something we can ignore.


但哪些才是有影响力、能为员工生活带来改变的举措?中国的公司目前提供了什么?员工感受如何呢?

However, what initiatives are impactful and make a difference for employees' lives? What do companies in China offer? And how do employees respond?

为了构建有益于心理健康的工作环境,我们希望了解更多有关员工对职场心理健康的看法。现邀您填写这份简短的问卷,预计需要5分钟。该调查旨在更好地了解中国员工的心理健康经历,同时帮助我们更好地了解哪些要素可以支持(或妨碍)员工在工作中的心理健康。

In order to fulfil our mission to make workplaces mentally healthy, we want to learn more about employees' opinions towards mental wellness at work. We would like to invite you to fill out this simple survey that should only take 5 minutes. The purpose of the survey is to understand better the mental health experiences of employees in China. The survey can also help us understand better what facilitators and barriers exist for employees accessing mental wellness support at work.
