BLIND DATE LIVE SHOW 

Date Night China hosted a blind dating show at the September edition of Jing & Tonic.

The rules were simple: three single guys were selected from the audience and needed to answer a series of questions to vye for a chance to win a date night out with one single Beijing gal! 

The lovely lady, Ilouwna from South Africa, was blindfolded so she had no idea what any of the guys looked like.

Date Night China co-host Nathan Williams led the men through 4 different questions for Ilouwna to decide which man was the one!  

Blind Date Questions 

1. You have one chance to impress me on a first date, how would you show me a night to remember?

2. You're told that after our first date we're both stuck in quarantine together for two weeks. What three items do you bring with you?

3. We decided to go on holiday together - what's your idea of a perfect holiday? And are you a spender or a saver?

4. If you had a warning label, what would it say?

Brandan, Dan, and Johnny each answered honestly, earnestly, and hilariously, and the audience got involved in the fun! 

But in the end only one guy could be the winner. 

And the Blind Date winner is...

Contestant number 1 from Scotland: Dan! 

Dan won Ilouwna over with his answers to lock her in a room (for an escape room date ) and his idea to volunteer together while on holiday.
