On November 7, 2018, BOE, global leader in display and IoT technology, hosted the Innovation Partner Conference (BOE IPC 2018) in Beijing. The second generation of BOE’s iGallery was unveiled.

What inspired BOE to create iGallery? George Yao, Executive VP and COO at BOE, shared his inspiration and vision at IPC.

“As a leading manufacturer of high-tech displays, we wanted to use our technology to give new lives to the many art treasures often secluded in museums and art galleries and bring them to every home in China. We wanted to make art and culture more accessible and more interactive to broaden the perspective and sensibilities of children and parents of the rising and more sophisticated middle class.”

With this vision, BOE began its exploration, and created iGallery. The iGallery is an innovative display and technology which allows consumers to easily download and enjoy art masterpieces at home, with the convenience of voice interface, mobile APP, AI and cloud database, bringing art and culture to the more discerning Chinese middle class.
