L’Escape: Boutique Hotel in the Heart of Seoul
Brand & Experience
Shinsegae Hospitality Group had ambitious plans to expand its footprint in the hotel space. They needed a differentiated and compelling brand strategy to drive exceptional hospitality and food & beverage experiences in a crowded hospitality space with shifting consumer expectations around luxury.
Prophet worked with Shinsegae to define a winning brand portfolio that optimally captures distinct opportunities in the Korean travel market, with clearly defined roles and relationships for each of their hospitality brands. Creating a boutique hotel in Seoul was a key part of the strategy and L’Escape was born.

Revitalizing the Sun Life Brand in Hong Kong
Brand & Experience
Sun Life Financial, a Canada-based financial services company primarily known for life insurance, has been operating in Hong Kong for more than 125 years, but they realised their potential for growth was limited by very low awareness among potential customers in the market as well as an uninspiring brand story.
Prophet developed a focused and creative approach to help Sun Life break through the clutter. At the heart of the initiative is the inspiring, optimistic message: “Be everything you want to be.” The execution focused on the “#Be Campaign” across television, print, and out of home locations like billboards and Hong Kong’s busy MTR. The campaign worked well in English, but it also translated very well into Cantonese, the dominant language in the Hong Kong market.
The impact was two fold: increased awareness among potential customers, but also a renewed sense of energy and purpose for the brand among Sun Life employees and the agents that interact directly with customers.

Furrion:Making the Future Perfect
Brand & Experience / Digital Transformation
Furrion spent 13 years as a leading manufacturer of audiovisual equipment, appliances and power solutions for specialty vehicles, luxury RVs, yachts and consumer industries. It was looking to take the next step by not only expanding their offering — but expanding their audience as well.
By closely working with Furrion’s three founders, we helped them uncover ideas and insights that allowed us to articulate a powerful brand purpose. Prophet brings the Furrion brand to life by translating its key qualities visually intoa wordmark that embodies the spirit and drive to make the future perfect. The brand launched to universal acclaim in January 2017 at The International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas.
